Ghostcrawler details potential solutions for gear inflation {WoW}

Nov 4th 2011 1:53PM I wish they would continue the levels as if the raids never happened. If the last lvl 85 quest you did gave you ilvl 300, then when MoP comes out, the first quest green you get should be ilvl 319 or whatever jumps they are doing this time around.

So if you raided to end game content in Cata, and have ilvl 400, then you might not even need to use any quest greens to reach lvl 90. But you still have to reach 90 before you can start hitting the Heroics, and at or even before that point, the gear should start beating even Heroic Deathwing gear.

Patch 4.3 PTR: Modified item-level buff in Hour of Twilight dungeons {WoW}

Oct 17th 2011 9:56AM It would be a whole new reason to farm gear from old places. Not only can you transmog it, but if you wear the gear from Molton Core, you will be a step up from everyone else who is scaled back.

Patch 4.3 PTR: Modified item-level buff in Hour of Twilight dungeons {WoW}

Oct 17th 2011 9:54AM I think this is magical and I hope they keep working with it. It would be nice if you could scale yourself back to do raids with the right gear level.

But I think it should work where, if your meant to run the place in say, ilvl100 gear, and the dungeon drops ilvl115, then it should scaled anything above i115 down to i100. But you should certainly be aloud to wear the gear the place drops to get an edge on it.

Addon Spotlight: More information from Visual Combat Table {WoW}

Oct 14th 2011 10:12AM That BuyEmAll addon is awesome! I'm an alchemist and it ticks me off too have too chift click, type 20, 5 times to get a bunch of flasks. I was tricking it out using the trade skill addon. I'd just queue up 100 of something, anything, then use that to buy my flasks with.

This though, is great for all classes and profs!

An end to mailing heirlooms? {WoW}

Oct 7th 2011 9:30AM This would make it so when you buy an heirloom, you don't actually get an item. You just get access to it in your Account-Bound Items area. Atleast, if I was making it,t hats how I would do it.

Else when my main bought an heirloom, I would then just have too delete it on him. Because he doesn't need it, and I don't have to mail it anywhere.

An end to mailing heirlooms? {WoW}

Oct 7th 2011 9:27AM Haha, yeah, my Bank Alt's personal Bank is the treasure trove for all heirlooms and pets. My alts have to check stuff in and out through him.

An end to mailing heirlooms? {WoW}

Oct 7th 2011 9:21AM I think the best idea would be to have something in our spell books that acted as an access point to all account-bound items.

The mailing system sucks. Mailing everything to every toon would just be stupid. And if a toon didn't need an item right now and I deleted it, how would I get it back?

A shared bank would be cool, but how can a lvl 1 get to a bank easily before level 10? Just start dropping banks everywhere around the world?

I think a simple Account-Bound Items button would work. The only problem with it would be it wouldn't carry enchants. But, that would also help spur the low-level enchant & mats business even more.

So, all of your toons could have the Trinkets on at one time, because each of them pulled it from that button. You got the Dread Pirate Ring? Now that item is also in that list and all toons can grab one of those.
