Apr 29th 2011 1:31AM This achievement is not that hard really. If you dislike it, you probably dislike PvP in general. I'm not especially keen on PvE and you don't hear me whining about having to do Utgarde Pinnacle and other Heroic dungeon holiday achievements.
I'll queue for randoms and help people of my own faction get their acheives, but if your the opposite faction (Horde) I'm going to camp EoTS in stealth, kill you, and take the flag. In fact, if I see any player with an orphan out, I'm going to kill you first. Why am I so mean? Because I hate the Horde -- really really hate the Horde. And I really really like killing them. I only wish I could kill their orphans too.
Apr 23rd 2011 8:45AM I hope parents also push their children toward more physical activities and interactions than playing WoW. Not that I wouldn't let my kids play WoW, but I'd limit them to 5 to 7 hours a week.
Apr 19th 2011 9:27AM That is one ugly looking woman.
Apr 6th 2011 9:47AM I see people don't recognize sarcasm. You probably drink too South Island Ice Teas. Drink some Blood Red Ale and put some hair on your chests.
Apr 6th 2011 8:35AM You sound sensitive. You probably drink South Island Ice Teas. Man up, get drunk, and solo Maloriak like I do every Friday night.
Apr 6th 2011 8:32AM NO. The only in-game role my character fills is to kill things. I hate when it has to put on a santa suit or bunny ears or some kilt and dance around a pole for some achievement. I shut my eyes and grimace. Gross. My toon is a killer, and not a tooty-fruity. Someone posted pictures of my toon wearing a a black dress, and now I never get invited to raids.
Apr 4th 2011 10:11AM "...I am a noob at selling crafted items..."
You really have to watch and learn what items will sell, and at what price. I'm always looking for an unfilled niche.
Also, pay attention to secondary markets. For example, as a JC, I craft a lot of Carnelian Spikes (fist weapons) not to sell as weapons, but as a resource for enchanters who know they are a fantastic source to DE into Greater Celestial Essence. I watch the price of GCE to determine a fair price for the Carnelian Spikes.
"...unfortunately the blue quality gems on my server are all worth more UNCUT than cut and any that seem to look reasonable crash when I decide to try to cut a few"
It often makes a lot more sense to cut gems that are less in demand. For example, Purified Demonseye on my server is presently going for 6g, while Glinting Demonseye goes for 49gold+. I sell just as many Glinting as I would Purified because I'm not competing against dozens of other JCs selling Purified.
Apr 4th 2011 9:49AM I always price my items within a reasonable range based on real market value. For items with lower profit margins, I undercut by 1 copper, and I expect and want others to undercut me by one copper as well.
Since I check the AH 4 to 6 times a day online, I list smaller quantities, and undercut the undercutters.
For items that cost me only time and no materials to craft, such as lavascale catfish, or delicate wings - I will undercut ruthlessly as long as I feel I am getting a decent return on my time invested.
Mar 24th 2011 12:54PM I delay nothing. It's all about in-game immediate gratification.
Mar 23rd 2011 6:08AM I think the mage buffs will be part of an April Fools prank by GC. Um, right? Right? OMG, right?
