Jan 5th 2012 3:57PM I did it once, getting the Vial of the Sands and my Professorship. But as soon as that 20th rare appeared I was done. Forever.
It was truly a boring, mind-numbing, and soul-crushing experience.
I haven't even tried to dig on any other toons, but I might if I could pick the race and zone. I don't mind the randomness of drops, there has to be some grind after all, but it would be better if there were an actual goal as opposed to just "hoping I'm lucky here".
I also like the idea of finding items that you could sell on the AH (the Vial's mats cost just make it too expensive to tout).
Let's hope for a major re-vamp.
Nov 24th 2010 3:47PM And that one is an agiity relic. Limited use.
Oct 28th 2010 7:19PM I think it would be a good topic. although perhaps waiting till Cata comes out and seing how to get to the next bar.
I levelled them all, and my experience Alchy was by far the easiest and quickest, tailoring was cheap because I could DE'd everything and resell those mats for a profit, Engineering was slower because of the mats and levelling recipes needed, but BS was the worst because of needing more mat and their costs (I didn't do mining at that time).
I'm doing another scribe atm, and it is painful. The first time around there were plenty of Books of Glyph Mastery about, but now there are next to none...or they go for 50g each. Add that to the dailies to get each recipe (and there are a lot!) the time needed to get all recipes is ludicrous.
Oct 15th 2010 12:47PM But you can just imagine them doing the same thing and making Moonkins a temporary form. Slipperly slope. I can see it now, bears will be nelfs/cows tanking on all fours and only change into a bear for a temporary armor increase!
Oct 13th 2010 6:57PM Officially....warlocks see their demons as a tool, and so don't care to give them names. So don't get so attached to your tool. :)
Oct 12th 2010 1:39PM hah...even less time for pleasantries at the end of a LFD run :)
I'm macroing "I'm not being rude, but the last one here might not get loot!".../script LeaveParty()

Is there a cap or number we should be aiming for on expertise before switching to agil?
Oct 11th 2010 3:28PM Sweet. Not only will the market be dead, but it'll cost scribes more too!
