Jan 14th 2011 9:36PM I play an elemental shaman. Being in the top 3 in a 10 man makes me giddy.
Jan 14th 2011 9:31PM Aruh, he has not used guild resources. The cooldown of a guildie is not the property of the guild. The ONLY time this would be a problem, is if the guildie has a problem with the usage. But in that case it's just a case of being a bit of a douche and using a guildie's cooldowns for profit. No different than asking a guildie for their truegold cooldown, making something using it, then selling it to another player. If the guidlie doesn't care what the cooldown is used for? It harms nobody.
Jan 14th 2011 9:27PM In this situation I would make sure that the other guildies were well aware of the use their cooldowns are going towards. Other than that? I don't think it's your business. Now, if the guild is being damaged by this, yes, do something. But as long as you make it clear that as long as the guildies know what the gold is for? It's their decision, then it's no longer in your hands.
There is a point where it is your job to monitor the behavior of your guildies. Anything that harms their reputation can harm the guild's. It is not your job to enforce the ToS though. If you wish to report him, feel free. If you don't want him doing such things and bringing the guild into it? You are within your rights to tell him to keep the guild out of it or even boot him, but if the guild is not being harmed then it is between he, his friend's, and blizzard.

Jan 5th 2011 1:27PM I don't want Blizz to "fix" the dungeon finder. The problem right now is class imbalance. That's the core of it. Bad pugs will be bad pugs, be it through dungeon finder or if you pick the group from trade. Only difference is now 3 people have to boot you, as opposed to whoever happens to have crown.
I can think of no way that Blizz could fix the problem without it causing more problems than it would fix.
