Oct 28th 2008 4:27AM "I think even a baby kitten could tank the first three bosses of Mount Hyjal nowadays"
NOTHING in MH is nerfed. No hp nerf, no melee damage nerf. Just FYI.
Aug 6th 2007 2:33AM At 38 I completed ALL quests in NE starter zones and got exalted on my draenei. Woot. No elephants! :)
Jul 9th 2007 9:47AM I don't recommend warrior for new players. Warriors have no survivability other than armor/hp. This means if you get into combat with something, one of you WILL DIE. While you can flee very effectively with a mage for example. Tanking is not easy at all, a new player will be almost surely unable to do it well.
May 11th 2007 9:34AM Maiden of Virtue won't drop my healer mace :(
I ran LBRS 28 times on my mage in the old days to see a damage leg (skyshroud) drop from Omokk... I was lucky it was a guild run and explained the situation so they passed it for me...
May 9th 2007 9:56AM "I didn't know that using a gnomish shrink on Rag was going to do that."
May 9th 2007 7:06AM "-Maximize your Defense rating with Gear. 490 is the magic number and it makes you uncrushable."
False, it makes you uncrittable :P
I don't think that hybrids should spec in hybrid specs. Just keep separate gear sets and that's it.
May 7th 2007 4:13AM Lol the test shows undead priest and I have a lvl70 UD priestess :D
May 4th 2007 9:47AM Turning from keyboard should not even be an option imho :D That is just so lame, I can't believe someone actually hit 70 doing that way :D Even clickers amaze me, but keyboard turners... /facepalm
May 4th 2007 2:45AM "I'm absolutely shocked to see Dark Pact on the most unpopular 31 pt talent. That is absolutetly crucial for an affliction lock."
Locks are popular bc they are overpowered. Thus lots of noobs play them :) Looking at the original data on the wow forums, dark pact is pretty rarely skipped compared to lightwell :)
"I also think it's interesting to see how the mage specs are all about the same. I thought that arcane mages were extremely rare, guess I was wrong."
The answer is both yes and no. There are really only a handful true arcane mages who use arcane spells as their primary damage, bc arcane sucks, it's a support tree. But it's a pretty solid support tree! Some talents are so good that even good fire or frost builds start out with 32-40 points in arcane, the rest in fire/frost. My mage is 34/27, an arcane mage you would say, but not, this is a firemage :)
Apr 26th 2007 2:06AM I have a combined of 120++ days played and I've seen about 5 world drop epics in groups, but NEVER in solo :O
