Nov 6th 2010 6:54PM Never mind, finally found the answer after digging through more comments on Wowhead: it's going to become a Feat of Strength. Too bad, really, seems trivial to convert it to use the new points system.
Nov 6th 2010 6:46PM Still wondering: Emblems are gone, points are in... Has anyone heard what will be happening with the X Dungeon & Raid Emblem achievements? I had hoped they would be converted to "X Dungeon & Raid Points," but the achievements are still there as was, waiting to count emblems that will never again appear.
Nov 4th 2010 11:02AM Question: Emblems are gone, points are in... So has anyone heard what will be happening with the Dungeon & Raid Emblem achievements? I had assumed they would be converted to Dungeon & Raid "Points," but they are still there as was, waiting to count emblems that will never appear. Sadly stuck at 892/1000 myself.
It also wouldn't hurt to rename the emblem vendor's titles. Just sayin.
Oct 27th 2010 3:52PM PS - Is this something that is weeks away, or months away? Just wondering.
Oct 27th 2010 3:50PM Dear The Queue,
I heard you might be getting a new comment system... I'd like a login button I can easily find; to be able to change my password, profile, and picture again; and dynamic comment loading rather than having to reload the entire page to see more comments. You can keep the pony.
Your lovable rascally rogue,
Oct 27th 2010 3:35PM It's the perfect time to reboot the forums - now that so much of the game has been reworked, a lot of the forum content will be inaccurate or no longer applicable anyway. It will also give MVPs a reason to post updated versions of their old guides, and those newer folks hoping to establish themselves within the community a better shot at doing so.
I imagine truly awesome threads will be copied over by users after the read-only period begins, even if the original posters are no longer around.
Oct 27th 2010 3:27PM Do the SC2 forums have a "subscribe to thread" feature? I haaaaate trying to remember to monitor threads for replies...
Oct 24th 2010 1:29AM "Pubescent" may be more of an exaggeration than incorrect usage. Khadgar was only a teenager when he became Medivh's apprentice, and not long after that he was struck by a frailty spell/curse, giving him all of the physical effects of old age. So he's actually much, much younger than he appears. If the statue was built right after he killed Medivh, then he may have still been a teenager at that point. "Adolescent" would be a more literal description.
