Jan 7th 2011 6:21PM A friend at work got me started and I in turn got both of my teenage sons playing. The one person i would never have thought would want to play was my wife. She of the nightly "Wife Aggro!" routine. She was really worried that we would not want her to play or would think she was trying to "butt in" to our game. Of course the complete opposite was the case. When we came back 3 years ago from our annual weekend alone, she asked my son's what they would think if she started playing (she hadn't played a video game since the Atari 2600!). Their answer was to immediately get to bring out her laptop and they started loading WOW and BC.
Today she has 1 85, 2 80's, and a level 20 Worgen!
Oct 22nd 2010 3:07PM I am a raiders and currently 11/12. All the hard core raiders need to remember this is a business and if the 5% -10% that make up the true raiders leave WOW, it hurts. If the other 90-95% leave who don't raid leave,Blizz is out of business. Myself, i am happy to give up a little to maintain the majority. The forums continue to fill up with a vocal minority and (fortunately or unfortunately) they're comments drive things like raid difficulty and skill balance at only the top tiers.
