Mar 14th 2009 4:54AM I look forward to being a Baby Daddy in Bioshock 3.
Mar 12th 2009 4:56AM Pre-emptive grammar nazi says: It's "ExcalibUr".
Oct 16th 2008 3:10PM And it takes about 0 creative risks.
Aug 31st 2008 6:28AM You can't add a woman to Gears. That would totally ruin the sexual tension between Marcus and Cole.
Aug 30th 2008 2:00PM Besides, a good ending is final. Just think about Grim Fandango with a cliffhanger ending...
Aug 30th 2008 1:54PM Let's be honest here. Not a single copy of any game has ever been sold because the previous installment ended in a cliffhanger. So, developers, just let them go. Otherwise we'll end up with cliffhangers without resolution, which are utter crap. This is especially crap when the game is magnificent, but doesn't sell.
Hello Psychonauts, System Shock 2.
Also, no-one's ever been stopped from making a sequel because the previous game had a proper ending. Like Bioshock for example.
Mar 29th 2007 9:43AM Crap. I'm still slinging mud at Lincoln.
Feb 18th 2007 11:30AM I played one game. I think it was beautiful and sad. The ending was magnificent. This is precisely the kind of game that can be called art.
After playing, I came here to read the comments and again remembered why every one of us gamers deserve to get shot. World would be a better place.
Dec 15th 2006 10:13AM I guess Blizzard just grew up. They found a winning formula and they're going to stick to it as long as possible. There's no need to develop new franchises or warm old ones, since the perfect choice is already here and it's pumping in money. The shareholders are happy, the board of directors is happy. Now the point is to stay on top as long as possible.
EA started small you know. They did amazing games in the old days, Archon for example. Then they found their winning formula and grew up.
Nov 8th 2006 5:18AM I don't really need to know the names of the alts, but it would be great if /ignoring one char would also ignore all the chars on all the realms belonging to that account.
Another good idea would be to show the number of people who are friends/ignore a certain char. A karma score or sorts.
