Feb 9th 2012 3:30PM try healium, its similar except it doesnt put the spells next to the portraits it puts them next to 5 bars representing your teammates health and what not. Its the only mod I've been able to find that was somewhat similar to benecast/benecaster.
Feb 9th 2012 3:22PM Model 5 is still my favorite Idea, We'd have less que times, and more options for healing and tanking. Every class has a DPS tree so why not a healing and tanking tree. As far as the concepts of it, you can make it happen if you are creative enough, Warlocks are able to tank in demon form etc. They may say it will never happen which is sad because imo it gives wow the diveristy and freedom of not being stuck into one role in your class which is what I think wow needs. It needs to be fresh and new and thats a step in that direction instead of just adding more content and races each exp that people eat through in a week.
Feb 8th 2012 6:52PM I miss Benecast/Benecaster, it put spell buttons next to your party members so you didnt have to select them to heal you just clicked the spell you wanted to use by that character. I loved it since i'm more of a visual clicker and for the life of me I can not get used to keybinding. The only mod I've been able to find that is somewhat similar is Healium and it has health bars with spells next to it instead of the spells being next to each member in your party window. It works pretty well and can even show which members have threat which Benecast/Benecaster never did. (this was more beneficial for 5-mans then raiding.)
Jan 5th 2012 3:57PM That or what I do is when I start to get close to the later levels 56-60, 66-70, etc I switch to pvp and replace any items needed with pvp gear, I know you arent supposed to do that towards end game for PVE but with the lower levels it really is good gear that you could level 10 levels with without ever replacing, and it doesnt take long to get full sets either.
Jan 4th 2012 2:08PM lol @ the second to long on the rend/thunderclap, you know that feeling you get when your a kid and you are running up the stairs cause you feel like a monsters gonna grab you, thats how I feel when I tank, like the dps is gonna screw up a pull before I even have a chance to get to it so I run from pack to pack like a crazy person. Which almost takes the fun out of it for me, I'm not a slow puller but I do like to access what it is I'm pulling for like a second to see what are casters etc. PS I wish I could kill hunters that open with multishot before you can rend/thunderclap and do not Feign death.
