Ready Check: On damage meters {WoW}

May 20th 2011 4:38PM @Tom In Yvl's specific case, it did work in pointing out the player who wasn't following instructions ... He/She didn't say that DPS meters are awesome nor that they are the most important thing or that they always work in every situation as a "You are playing badly!

So your answer, while true, I think was a little misplaced ;)

Patch 4.2 brings quality-of-life changes for jewelcrafting {WoW}

For a second there I thought you meant the 346 ilvl rings, and was thinking:
"85% of your bags??? I only just make 1 of each! Are you selling them THAT much?" Then re-read your post and actually checked the blue ring you meant and though "Ahhhhh THOSE rings ..." haha

May 20th 2011 8:59AM JC has been the greatest money maker for me in Cataclysm ...

I currently sell glyphs, gems and some of the Vanilla boa enchants, and I constantly have to cut a bunch of gems daily to replace all the ones I sold. Just get the right cut recipes, check TUJ on your server to make sure which cuts sell the most.

The Queue: Orange Coke is totally Warcraft-related {WoW}

May 18th 2011 11:19AM That set looks pretty cool ... doesn't seem much like mail in my opinion, but it looks like that a hunter should look like hehe, kinda like Rangers in that sense ... Sadly, WoW hunters will probably never look like that ... where's the flash ;)

LOL ... won't even notice "Why in the hell am I so cold, ohh well let's get a blanket and go back to sleep ..." dumb 4.2 change lol

Gold Capped: How to profit from every single new patch {WoW}

May 13th 2011 10:57AM Not sure what I'd do to a guildie that tries to steal from me(Which is what he's doing if he continues to buy your partner's auctions after letting him know what you're doing). I'd certainly no longer consider that person a guildie and would probably even go through troubles to get them gkicked lol (we don't sell to guildies, so I'm sure 'stealing' is also prohibited lol ... blame the small family guild I'm a part of ...

But great idea to avoid the competition who actually has your alts on their friend's list. I doubt any of my competition have any of my mains on their friend's list, I only ever post/bark on my AH toon, but to be safe I'd do this on my worgen I never play ... no chance of being detected then.

I used to transfer vendor pets with a guidie's help, and talking through Vent, since back then there was no RealID. I would give her 1-2 sets of the pets for her help :)

Officers' Quarters: When raiders hold your guild hostage {WoW}

May 9th 2011 2:50PM SO many red flags on that situation, I would've stopped raiding with him after pulling rank and trying to steal loot (steal as in he lost the roll for it) the first time. Someone like that is not a good player, but an even worse leader.

Sorry to hear you went through that.

Thankfully my guild is nothing like this when it comes to loot at all.

Lichborne: A death knight DPS guide to staying alive in PvE {WoW}

May 4th 2011 9:45AM Agreed!

Very annoying for dps to start bursting AoE when I still haven't established initial aggro on 1 mob yet!

This applies to PuGs mostly, but DPS should get into a habit of only using CC once the DK has put DnD down, helps a bunch to quickly grab the group when it pulls.
