May 23rd 2011 9:41PM I don't know how it has been for Normal mode guilds but this tier has been brutally long with 13 bosses to go through. I think as long as the difficulty of the bosses stays are par with what they have been 7 bosses with no give away bosses will last a bit longer then people realize.
ToC and even ToGC was a bust because everyone was 4\5 as soon as the gating allowed it. Not only is this expansion been pretty good with no giveaway bosses but the instance is going to have trash so it won't be a log on and kill your bosses then log.
I think the lower number of bosses will actually make raiding more fun IF they increase the rate that new dungeons drop.
So pretend that BWD was the only raid at the start. And it took you a hypothetical 2-3 months do down everything. Then soon after then the next 'tier' BoT drops and you don't have to do BWD anymore and then move to the next 5 bosses and farm them for 2-3 months. If Blizzard does it correctly its actually cutting down on the long farm by quite a bit because you don't have bosses like Halfus that have been on farm for nearly 6 months now. Instead you only have a couple months of farm and then new content.
Apr 12th 2011 11:34AM Just want to point out that at no point ever can you have Haunt on two targets....
As soon as you cast haunt on a second target the original returns. So for everyone rotating haunts....don't.
