Mar 23rd 2012 4:25PM I asked this in the Q today: I just resurrected my character and transferred realms. I have 7 days free but will likely have to go out of country for a couple weeks. If I don't add gametime within the one week free window, will that affect mine or my friends perks, or will he still get his mount if I do put some game time on there in the near, but not immediate future.
Mar 23rd 2012 1:23PM I just accepted a SoR from a friend last night and found out today that I will likely have to go overseas for a couple weeks. If I don't add gametime until I get back, will that affect any of the rewards (i.e. my character I already transferred or his sparkle mount)?
Mar 16th 2012 9:47AM Just be good enough for my old guild buddies to come back and stay. Because that would bring me back and stay.
Mar 16th 2012 9:44AM We need an occupy Stormwind/Orgrimmar to demand an end to these exorbitant prices!
Mar 16th 2012 9:42AM Good suggestions. But if you think about it, even WOW's crappy default AH is light years ahead of the crap that launched with TOR. What a broken UI.
Nov 5th 2011 1:30PM I don't know how other feel about this, but I started after BC so I really don't know jack about outland. I know I had to go through there, and personally I would like the progression faster than it already is, but I've never had to see the northern part of the area. Netherstorm and Blade's Edge I NEVER quest in. Hell I've only been to netherstorm once and that was to get the alchemy mastery. I'd like to see less progression through Terrokar b/c it feels so long and maybe spread the levels to the other zones. I spend WAY TOO MUCH time in HFP and TF then a quick handful of quests in SMV and I'm out of there. It's SO boring.
I'd like them to spread out the leveling curve and maybe cut out a few of the garbage quests so that you hit a quick level per zone or something like that.
Nov 3rd 2011 12:58PM A guildie I know has Drubearymoar for his druid. Thought that was funny.
Nov 3rd 2011 9:08AM I went on a cruise in mid summer and had no desire to login after that. I didn't. I didn't bother telling my guild b/c honestly they weren't worth telling. Raids weren't making and they would only always take their top 10 and never really sub. They didn't know if I could be in the top group since we never got a shot and thus no loot or even rep. Nice ppl but I had no connection.
Sep 17th 2011 10:03AM Seems like they could make the ones they have more interesting with a mini game style crafting. What springs to mind is Bioshock one when you had the pipe puzzles to unlock stuff. They don't have to be quite that long but I never felt that they were tedious and I wanted to complete them. You could attempt to make stuff that was a little bit above your skill level making the puzzle expire faster (but if you were good you could do it) and as you skill up the appropriate level puzzle gets a little easier. Then some of your profession specific items can work like plugins to say add a little extra time, or give you one free piece of the mini game. Seems like anything to make it a little more interactive. It doesn't have to be hard, just maybe a little more than queuing up "make 20 of x gem" and leaving.
Aug 7th 2011 10:28AM Meh, I just quit with a fade away. Was trying to get into a regular raiding guild and for the first four weeks of 4.2 they didn't make their 25 due to it being summer now and either missing healers or tanks. Each night they would break off into the 10 man with their "top" players instead of rotating for experience. No trash farming so others could get Avenger rep, no trade barking for a standin. So I had to go on vacation for a week long cruise, informed them via forums that I would be absent, and haven't logged on since even after I got back. I stopped payment on my account and have no desire to play at the moment.
