Breakfast Topic: Did the talent tree reboot work? {WoW}

May 14th 2011 9:18AM I like the fact that you choose the tree and get different abilities right away changes the game for different people.

I don't like the fact that you are stuck in that tree until you are in your 70s

I don't like the fact that you don't get nearly as many points.

The result is limited choices and every person of one spec has almost the same build

The Queue: I win either way {WoW}

May 2nd 2011 4:11PM As someone who used to eat 30 slices of pizza each week, I'm considering boycotting the queue just for considering either.

Mar 1st 2011 11:15PM Will the JP cap be increased when the VP becomes JP? It would be a huge shame for me to just lose them. I'm already at the 4000 JP cap. Also, it there anything for me to use them for? None of the gear at the vendor is an upgrade.

Breakfast Topic: What class puts you at ease? {WoW}

Feb 25th 2011 10:56AM I agree, Druid healers are the best

The Queue: When is patch 4.1? {WoW}

Feb 17th 2011 11:29AM That's just not true. This system just drastically increases the importance of guilds and staying loyal to one guild as opposed to jumping around. Even if all you do is dailies by yourself, it won't take too long to increase your rep with the guild. The things you need to be exalted for are not that beneficial to playing the game, they are just perks. Just being in the guild gives enough bonuses.

If your call yourself a casual player, you shouldn't be in a guild that would throw you out for not providing enough exp. Even if you didn't provide enough, the member cap is 1000, and if the guild is that big, generating exp isn't a problem.

Breakfast Topic: How do you respond when others misrepresent WoW? {WoW}

Feb 17th 2011 8:28AM Really!? Your going to complain to CBS? It's a comedy. They are making fun of nerdy people, not correctly represent WOW. I would understand if this was a documentary, but it is just not like that.

Feb 17th 2011 8:23AM My favorite reference was on "How I Met Your Mother". Ted meets a girl online, and it turns out he met her on WOW. She turned out to be crazy.

I was impressed by "South Park" when they did their WOW episode. It actually looked like WOW, but it did bother me how they talked about the leveling process. It was way off.

The Queue: Where the Sidewalk Ends {WoW}

Feb 15th 2011 11:13AM I don't know about raid, but an underwater dungeon is coming out soon (I think 4.1).

Feb 15th 2011 11:10AM I'm not quite sure where Irish was going with saying Wow insider was stuck in the twilight zone. Is William Shatner seeing gorillas on a plane again?
