Ghostcrawler on the philosophy behind the Mists of Pandaria talent trees {WoW}

Dec 8th 2011 3:33PM This line scared the crap out of me:

"First, a lot of players do care about PvP, and almost every choice in the new talent model will be interesting for them. We are also taking some steps with Mists to encourage more crossover between PvP and PvE as the game once had, so even if you don't care for PvP now, maybe we can get you interested in the future."

I don't like PvP, keep that stinking PvP out of my PvE. And it's not because you haven't encouraged me to try it (tried it every expansion and in Vanilla), I just don't like that style of play. I still have nightmares of my first hunter on a PvP server and getting to level 60. That rogue whoosh sound still makes my skin prickle.

I know a lot of people do like PvP, which is cool. I just don't want to be "forced" into it becuase I would be missing some important piece of gear or faction.

Reviewing the SteelSeries WoW MMO Legendary edition gaming mouse {WoW}

Dec 5th 2011 1:36PM I bought the Cata Steelseries mouse, but had to take it back. It's much too large for anyone who uses a "claw" grip. If you palm your mouse and like them large...these would be awesome.

I just went back to my G5, which is starting to show some age. :(

Are the Razr's smaller? I'd love to have more than 5 buttons to configure with Healbot (10 with shift-clicking).

Addon Spotlight: Raiding essentials for healers {WoW}

Oct 6th 2011 10:17PM I'm a healbot fanboy, have been for 3 years now (maybe more...can't remember when it came out). I tried grid-clique and didn't care for it as much. Probably just because I'm so used to HB.

I have a five button mouse that I have all 5 buttons + shift-buttons mapped to spells for Healbot. It's awesome.

Blizzard announces first round of Firelands raid hotfixes {WoW}

Sep 20th 2011 2:13PM My guild has only been able to down Shannox on Normal. Call us whatever you want (casual, bad, RL friends), but I'm pretty darn happy right now. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of the content.

I am surprised they nerfed heroics, but it really doesn't effect me at all.

The Queue: What time is it? {WoW}

Sep 8th 2011 1:49PM It doesn't have to be a shield, you just loose armor. I'm not blocking or taking very many direct physical hits as a healer...so I can't imagine you would have a huge negative impact.

The Queue: Narcissism begins {WoW}

Sep 7th 2011 11:36AM Funny, I want the opposite. I just want to get my toons to max-level ASAP. Maybe a trading system where I can take some of your unwanted rest! :)

If I could be in rest all the way to max level, with full heirloom gear, I would be a very happy camper.

The Queue: The weather outside {WoW}

Jun 22nd 2011 1:55PM @Aspirisis: The volume could be 5% the size, but it could be very dense, meaning the gravity would be similar to ours. Just because something has much more volume doesn't mean it's necessarily heavier.

Patch 4.1 PTR: Patch notes {WoW}

Feb 24th 2011 11:52AM I didn't see any mention of moving the VP gear down to JP. Do we think that will happen in 4.1? Will our Valor Points themselves also be bumped down to JP's?

I was hoping they would talk about that in the patch notes. :(

Yes, I'm a casual and I'm looking for welfare epics.

Lichborne: Major patch 4.0.6 changes for death knights {WoW}

Feb 15th 2011 2:57PM If the situation allows, I pull with DnD, then Outbreak on the main target, then Pestilance, then HS/DS/RS. I use BB when it procs free. No problem holding aggro on everything.

If Outbreak is on cooldown, I just move from DnD straight into HS/DS/RS spam. If there are more than three targets I usually will throw in a BB early too (even though it's not free).

The Daily Blues {WoW}

Dec 16th 2010 9:28AM I used to LOVE healing as a Holy Pally...now...can't stand it. It's not fun, it's stressful.

In Wrath, healing was cool because I had time to run in and be a "battle cleric". I got to run in, do some damage (judge, exorcism, holy shock when not needed to heal), and only spend about 75% of my time healing (less near the end when gear was uber).

I just don't get the philosophy to make healing hard. I really liked the Wrath model of making it more social and easy.

Just my view...I know a lot of you like the harder mode.
