Patch 4.1 hotfixes for April 26 {WoW}

Apr 27th 2011 4:42AM Mèow from Blackrock is a loot ninja!!! Wish there was a hotfix for loot ninja's. I wiped on High Priest Venoxis probably 9 times spent like 98g to repair. Mèow ports in DIEs half way through the fight!! I rezzed him and he ninja'd the loot. Thats right, this guyèow/simple is a ninja. Who is spec'd resto and needed on feral and bounced.

Seriously I tank and that is all I do. There is no carrot or reward Blizz can give for this behavior.

Shifting Perspectives: Bear and resto druid changes ahead for patch 4.1 {WoW}

Mar 8th 2011 6:15PM Also in while compiling you tankwatch, take note of the damage output of the different tanks. I find in most groups palys, warriors, and especially dk tanks often lead the dps. It seems bears alway come in dead last. It would be nice to hit like a real bear. This could possibly be why you don't see many bear tanks. Just a thought. My main has been a bear for the last 2 years and now I'm just wondering why I bother. IMO they seem so underpowered. The entire Druid class seems neutered and sprayed.

Shifting Perspectives: Gearing your feral cat for raiding, part 3 {WoW}

Feb 20th 2011 8:39PM I am not sure if I am mistaken, but it seems there are never any post for bears. Even if you click the link for bears under SP you get nothing. The kitty's seem to be the only fur around here getting some touch. We like a good belly rub too! Even the oaks and the boom-town rats get exposure. Let's hear it for Da Bears. Give us a RoarOut!

A bear in need.

12 Days of Winter Veil Giveaway Day 7: Goblin Weather Machine loot code {WoW}

Dec 28th 2010 11:12PM Talk about a weather machine! I have been stuck on top of the Smokey Mountains for the last 4 days. Snowed in... No wow. No milk. No soda. Hopefully I will be able to head back home tomorrow. I sure would like a goblin weather machine to bring me warm blue skies! Thanks. Bb

WoW Rookie: Dungeoneering 101 {WoW}

Dec 16th 2010 2:16PM There is a reason there is a wait for a tank. You have to put up with a lot of trash from mobs and DPSers. Who wants to deal with the headache when you can pew pew from a distance. BTW I am a Bear and have been tanking since I could Queue. The last 2 days I feel like I have been on a roller coaster. The difference in player attitude and aptitude varies greatly in each PUG. I have been in some of the worst groups and a very few good. Maybe it is because Dps has to wait, but many time they are impatient and want to hurry. For example today upon telling the group we should cc 2, and 3 would be even better, one DPSer remarked isn't this REG lets just hurry and don't wipe, then decided to rush (he was a warrior/ this on first pull of HoO). Of course we wiped, and oh he left group.

I understand many ppl are just now doing the new dungeons and may have a learning curve. I'm cool with that. I will be patient, I will tell you the fight. But dudes calm down, please be patient. Please CC it makes everything so much easier.

I was in a group that cc'd 3 out of every 4 in Halls, guess what, it is actually faster! It is so much easier to handle the mobs, the fight, and not once did someones health or mana drop below half. Also this group was extremely kind, patient, and well mannered. It reminded me of why I love this game and how much fun it can be.

On the other hand the impatient PUG's have left me considering taking a break until ppl sort out the new material. They are rude, pushy, and inconsiderate (yes you who "oops didnt mean to pull that extra mob"/ random targeting) They also seem to be of the same demographic who like to degrade women, other races, and tell penis jokes. It has left a bad taste in my mouth. Dare you to try and say that on the trade channel without someone making a crass remark.

Anyway seems the only thing to do is hit dungeons with guildies or people you know. Otherwise, be prepared to be slapped in the face by your own team.
