What's up with the new targeting? Why do I keep getting stuck targeting a mob I just killed, or tab targeting onto dead mobs?

WoW Moviewatch: Dalaran Deserted {WoW}

May 19th 2011 4:40AM I really do miss Dalaran. To me, it's the crown jewel of WoW's design. Not only is it beautiful, but the devs somehow managed to make the space EXTREMELY economic. You never had to travel far for anything you needed, even if what you needed happened to be in another major city! We had both factions occupying a relatively tiny space and, to me at least, it NEVER felt crowded. It felt like a real city! No matter where you went in Dal you found people congregating, unlike Org and SW where everyone just swarms the AH. I miss stacking dragons on top of the well. I miss meeting people at the north bank to buy or sell items. I miss picking up weekly raid boss quests. I miss the ever present threat of the prisoners inside The Violet Citadel. I miss the seedy feel of the sewers where you could dual other players, buy pvp items, get drunk, or fish up a giant rat all in one spot.
Most of all, I miss the feeling of magic the city had. The Kirin Tor welcomed us into their home regardless of faction or past conflicts. For once since the original Warcraft (so something like 10 years?) Horde and Alliance politics were put aside and we united to fight the Lich King.
Dalaran was a breath of fresh air and a welcome respite from the constant conflict between Horde and Alliance. Perhaps now that portals are back in Dal we can repopulate the city and capture some of that magic we had during WOTLK, and (this may be too ideal) send a message that the new politics and heightened conflict brought about through the Cataclysm be damned.

Two Bosses Enter: Lord Godfrey vs. Scourgelord Tyrannus! {WoW}

Mar 29th 2011 3:02PM There's no way Godfrey can kite Tyranus long enough to wear him down. Even if Godfrey did manage to get some range, one snare from Rimefang and Tyranus' axe is back up in his face.

Tyranus, The People's Champ, ftw.
