Breakfast Topic: How do you respond when grinding goes competitive? {WoW}

Jan 14th 2011 8:19AM As someone who has ground many a rep, having every rep title currently available and the Wintersaber mount. I have had my share of people doing their best to force me out. Farming my Timbermaw rep via Winterfall Spirit Beads while grinding out my mount, I can think of at least 4 different occasions that people would /rude me and even get guildies to help them out on Free For All when I was dominating them on the grind.

The worst place I have ever been for rep grinding though is Silithus grinding Cenarion Circle rep. Those Encrypted Twilight Texts can turn even the most peaceful of druids into a foul-mouthed and downright rude person. I never did give up though. You really can't in this game. They have to sleep sometime and I am an insomniac so it's all good! lol

Around Azeroth: Sea of hate {WoW}

Jan 14th 2011 8:12AM As a repeat leveler through Vashj'ir, I would definitely place it among my top 5 favorite zones of all time. My favorite being Deepholm at this point.

I have a scale system that I have used to rate zones and it has served me well.

Aesthetics - Possible Points:10, Score: 10

Vashj'ir received a 10 out of 10 points because it is truly one of the most beautiful zones in WoW. As a keeper of live coral and saltwater fish, I see that Ghostcrawler's Ph'D in Marine Biology did well for this zone. It is very realistic and stunning. A zone I wish I could spend more time in.

Questability/Questlines - Possible Points: 15/15, Score: 6/13

One of few zones to score under 10 for Questability. The 3D physics are excellent but lead to nasty mob pulls that you did not intend, or even see coming. The Questlines are very unique and it is enjoyable to see phasing have such a large impact on the zone.

Personal Love - No points

As someone with a fascination for sea life this zone will always be one of my favorites no matter what anyone else says about it.

By far my favorite. As someone who pounded through Arch immediately after hitting 85. It is nice to see other people giving out advice on what is the most effective way to level it.
