Mar 28th 2012 8:01PM I personally can't stand this type of Machinima. If you're going to make a Machinima about the lore, great! Just take care to be canon about it. There is a FANTASTIC story in the Warcraft universe, and these movies degrade it by twisting it around to their own ends.

It would be the equivalent of me rewriting the Lord of the Rings trilogy so that I could become the new king instead of Strider. It's sickening.

Mar 27th 2012 4:19PM What I was referring to was 10M looting as it exists today. No changes are being made to 10M, and that was my gripe. I am fine with the changes they are making. I have no qualms with it. My problem is that 10M looting is currently broken and no changes have been put forth to change it.

Mar 27th 2012 1:15PM What about 10M looting? I mean, honestly, it's broken. It works great in a 25M scenario, but in 10M it doesn't work. The loot tables are too large, and the percentage out is too small.

Oct 12th 2011 12:00PM I don't understand why Blizzard always tries to cattle the Q&A into such finite boxes. The people attending Blizzcon care about the games, they do not care about how the games are made. Now that is an exaggeration and I am sure there are those who do enjoy that stuff. But to be honest, it's not the majority. Why not have more panels that answer questions about gameplay? Why not have more panels strictly focused on the lore? No one really cares about the polygon count of that flower.

Oct 10th 2011 10:09AM I am a 10M raider, and I can never see myself going back to 25M. As such, I can't see a justifiable reason to use this spell as part of a regular rotation.

Prior to the change (and currently on live), I used Holy Radiance for two things:

1) Getting out of bad stuff quickly for the run speed boost.
2) Clumped up phases where there was AoE damage.

In Firelands, the second case happened quite often and did its job. But how do I see the future of this spell working now?

I can tell you right now that any AoE heal is going to be less effective on 10M than it ever would be on 25M, and that was true even before the change. Now that it is a short buff we cast on others, the only frugal time to use it is on those clumped up AoE phases, or sparingly on the melee. The mana cost is also far too high for the little benefit it does supply on 10M. If it was healing twice as many people I could justify it.

At the end of the day, the only real change I see happening is instead of Judging every 8-12 seconds, it will be every 30-40 seconds. Holy Radiance will be that odd, clunky spell that I use in very niche situations.

Oct 2nd 2011 6:56PM TLDR: Judgement once a minute now. Light of Dawn is still meh. Holy Radiance has no CD, has a cast time, and is placed on a target instead of yourself. It also costs too damn much and lasts only 3s.

I guess Blizzard tried to make us multi-heal healers, but decided to bump us down to two yet again.
