12 Days of Winter Veil Giveaway: Fishing Chair loot code {WoW}

Dec 16th 2011 10:51AM I really need this to sit comfy while fishing for the none-existing sea turtle mount.

Breakfast Topic: How and where do you prefer to level your alts? {WoW}

Dec 9th 2011 10:37AM I try to go a different route each time I start a new alt. I have 7 85s atm and the only place they've all quested is Twilight Highlands. There's no way around it if you don't level in BGs or dungeons.

I'm going for a full collection of classes and at least one of each race. That gives me 5 different starting zones (6 if you count the death knight) and after that I mix and match until I end up lvl 58 or 60 in either Winterspring, Un'Goro, Silithus or Blasted Lands. I take 58s to Hellfire Peninsula and the southern zones of Outlands and 60s to Zangarmarsh and the northern zones. I'm not a fan of either Shadowmoon Valley or Netherstorm so I usually go to Northrend at 68 alternating between Borean Tundra and Howling Fjord and of course ending up in either Icecrown or Stormpeaks. In Cataclysm ranged start in Vash'Jir, melee in Mount Hyjal. I've come to really like Vash'Jir: it was a pain to go through it first time on my pala main (who has done just about every quest in the game), but it's a lot smoother on ranged.

Breakfast Topic: How did you create your first character? {WoW}

Dec 8th 2011 8:57AM *My first choice in any game is a human, female paladin*

Note to self: In future do not post while having phone conversation with mom.

Breakfast Topic: How did you create your first character? {WoW}

Dec 8th 2011 8:48AM My first choice in any game is a paladin. D&D/AD&D, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale: I've played through them all first time as a paladin. Don't know why I'm so attracted to that class - it might have something to do with the fact that IRL I like things to be black/white, right/wrong, precise and consistent, or it might be that IRL I'm an atheist and the paladin channels the small part of my soul that longs for religion to lean on.

Anyway: when I started WoW the name was the only part left to choose. I had 2 possible names, but none of them were available on my server so I thought of swordsmen in literature and came up with a name that is an offshot of one of them.

Dec 7th 2011 7:11AM I don't raid, do heroics or PvP and by my count I can still get 105 tickets per fair as 4 of the dungeon drops can be obtained in easily soloable dungeons.

Tickets Per Faire
Dungeon: 40
Tradeskill quests (primary): 8
Tradeskill quests (secondary): 12
Kill Quest: 10
Mini Games*: 35

Total Tickets per faire: 105
* 5 mini games, available daily: 7*5=35

Patch 4.3 pets, mounts and collectibles {WoW}

Dec 2nd 2011 4:20AM The awesomest writer of children's books in the world recieving a nod from WOW... that's way better than more pets and mounts.

Breakfast Topic: How many rolls did it take to get your character right? {WoW}

Oct 7th 2011 9:47AM Paladins ftw! I've rolled paladin in Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights and Diablo 2. I couldn't choose a paladin in Planescape Torment, so I went with a lawful good warrior. So: of course my first character in WoW was a paladin and she is still my main, though I've got a full collection of classes underway. 7 85s so far, 1 62 (shaman) and a death knight and druid roaring to go.
