Is comparing your game to World of Warcraft really such a good idea? {WoW}

Jan 14th 2011 9:48PM Actually I see this add is working for Trion. May not be good to some eye but as a PR way it working way better then you think.

Look at it from all the site that keep adding this and discussions going on over a advertisement More people are looking into the game. If 1 out of every 4 check out the game and actually try it Then it worked hell i could be 1 out of 10 it still worked. They brought in new customers. Knock it all you want might not be what people think is right for an ad. But It did bring more people to the table. Smart if you ask me. More discussions and links from other site showing rift the more that look into it and try it.

And you can take the ending of the ad in many ways. Is it an attack at Blizzard or is it Just them saying hey There something out there that could be as good as WoW you decide.

Decide Personally i think they are doing right by this giving other Idea's there more the WoW out there. There is someone out there that wants to make the MMO gaming company's more competitive. No harm in this Actually could help better both gaming company's. And yes there will always be someone wanting to take on the big dogs. It that way in all the world. Some company has an idea another company works off it and both are trying to one up each other. It makes for better products to come out. Just think is one phone company did not challenge the other would we have newer phone as often as we do. Would we have rate going down or up so much.

When you get out of the game and look in the real world you will see this is good for both Blizzard and Trion.
