Jan 25th 2011 9:07PM A GM had told me a couple of weeks ago that DMC:Hurricane was being improved in response to my ticket. I've confirmed on the PTR that the trinket now uses ranged hit% for the proc and it will crit at 200%. I get some nice 14k+ procs with my standard SV build, ilvl 353.

Jan 25th 2011 9:00PM On PTR the DMC:Hurricane has been changed to use physical hit% for the proc, and it also crits at 200%. The proc rates still seems to be around 5% based on a few 2,000 shot tests.
