To me, the deer weren't much of a problem, but the baby elephants on the other hand! When I needed elephant meat, no aoe was used because while I could easily murder mom and pop, no harm would come to the lil' guys.
Jul 13th 2011 2:48PM I really liked zelda 2 also. i thought it was more challenging than z1. ocarina will always be my fave since I don't really play consoles anymore. mario 2 was just a fun game. different characters, digging levels. good times.

if your idea of 'reasons' and 'ethos' is to perpetuate wow snobbery, than you are absolutely correct. i will dance upon the grave of your ethos the same way i danced upon the grave of the lvl-19's twink's.
Jun 17th 2011 10:32AM once again, big thanks to auctionstor! instead of having to wade through a zillion pages of 1-item auctions, you let me scan a few lines down to get past the drek. I refuse to buy most 1-item auctions strictly on principle. I will always pay a premium for bulk if I have to.
Jun 8th 2011 4:12PM my favorite toon back in D2 was a fire sorceress who had a zillion points in enchanting and enough strength to sport some mighty heavy armor. she would lay some hydras, mana shield up, teleport around, one- or two-hit things with my ridiculously souped up sword. good times. no i am not saying wow should do away with armor classes. just saying sometimes breaking convention can be a whole lot of fun.
May 4th 2011 6:30PM you should also look up a canceled project blizz was working on post wc2. it was a narrative game which looked to me kind of like a king's quest. the overall story was the rise of thrall. in lieu of this we got books, bonus wc levels, and a caverns of time 5 man.
Apr 8th 2011 3:47PM the problem is the dbags in pugs. why is it so difficult to 'ignore' other players to ensure you never see them again? if certain misbehaving parties found themselves shunned by ten, twenty, fifty, or more players, they will have pay the pricein queue times. why is it I can't just right-click
on any player, choose ignore and be done with it. instead I have to type out their name (good luck there- I swear there is a huge correlation between using gobbledygook symbols and a players social skills.) AND their server to put them on the list.
just as an fyI- my ignore list has more tanks than any other role. cata has brought in too many mediocre tanks who act like their you know what doesn't stink andthe rest of the party are second class citizens.
Apr 6th 2011 8:58AM I usually just roll my eyes at the class-warfare gibberish, but this lack of animation is getting pretty unforgivable at this point. at worst, we should have be's, goblins, worgen, and dranei having these animations, and only have to wait for the originals to get redone.
Mar 25th 2011 4:26PM you can not lay down some blanket statement like 'RL's are responsible for the raid'. how many 2-man's have you run with current content lately? All 10/25 participants are responsible for a raids success.
i might agree with you on the rest if I didn't believe VT's letter is a one-sided collection of convenient half truths to suit his purposes, but since I think we are all up to or shins in bs, I will stand by my initial thoughts.
Mar 25th 2011 3:17PM EXACTLY!
it appears so many posters are just accepting VT's words at face value and are ready to shower with sympathy, but I repeat my question i asked earlier: doesn't a claim of being ignored half a dozen times by nine other teammates to blindly wipe again and again and again smell like bs to you? not one player said 'hey hold up and let VT fix his vent, I am tired of dying.'?
