Breakfast Topic: What are you just not that excited about in Mists? {WoW}

Mar 28th 2012 7:37PM Pet battles. Don't get me wrong, I mean, I like the idea of pet battles, but I hate the idea of collecting pets, and all I have now is like, a bunny, a chicken, and a penguin. Not interesting.

When I played Pokemon, I had fun capturing as many pokemon I can, and tracking them down to when and where they appear. But it was a long-winded process. Took weeks, and I never really caught them all. Playing WoW, and managing pseudo-Pokemon on the side? No thanks.

to reiterate: pet battles = awesome, not for me, I'm not going to hunt down interesting pets (which I feel should be the only pets) to battle with.

5 stupid-awesome uses for a Potion of Illusion {WoW}

Mar 28th 2012 7:19PM this would be so awesome for a machinima maker! Imagine how awesome it would be, (and easy) with transmorgrification and the Potion of Illusion, to make race/class combos that don't exist, or simulate dragon fights or something.

It's little nuggets of random fun like this that makes me love to play MMO's.

The Care and Feeding of Warriors: Mists of Pandaria beta impressions {WoW}

Mar 24th 2012 9:17PM maybe they can make Storm Bolt have another affect, like rage generation or armor breaking

Jaina Proudmoore: Tides of War cover revealed {WoW}

Mar 23rd 2012 9:40PM I hope she changes, less trustful, more hatred of the world, but doesn't necessarily go "RAAAAAAAH MUST PYROBLAST! EVERYTHING!"

I'm hoping she helps Varian change, and he helps her deal with her revenge... by giving her a chance to exact it.

Mists of Pandaria beta achievements {WoW}

Mar 21st 2012 11:32PM Is that a Captain Falcon reference?

WoW Moviewatch: Warcraft lore academy {WoW}

Mar 20th 2012 9:24PM first and foremost, thank you! Lore is confusing, and you're trying to disentangle that ugly web for us, so thank you again!

Also, the voice isn't what's annoying really, it's the way he's talking. He starts off normal, and then raises the tone of his voice towards the end of the sentence. This only really gets annoying when he says a bunch of small sentences.

In any case, keep it up, thanks yet again, and try to change the race you use, mix it up!

Mists of Pandaria: Zones and questing {WoW}

Mar 19th 2012 7:02PM Wow. Blizzard really does deliver. People said they wanted more relaxed things to do at max level besides raids and stuff, and they gave it. Story arcs defending a city, your own farm, getting drunk and saving brewerys, reinactments of Pandaren history, Pet battles, scenarios, new PVP...

I'm not max level, but this sure as heck makes me want to level as fast as I can.

It helps that the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. I'll get flying mounts for the zone for quick travel, but I'll probably be using a land mount whenever I want leisure travel.

and the armor and weapons are going to be great.

Mists of Pandaria: Dungeons and challenge mode {WoW}

Mar 19th 2012 6:48PM I dunno about anyone else, but while the spirit healer/ im dead, music sounds eerie, it also sounds very beautiful

and thumbs up for the chinese inspired armor incoming. This xpac's weapons and armor are going to be AWESOME!

WoW Moviewatch: Oxhorn Brand Medley {WoW}

Mar 16th 2012 11:20PM most of Oxhorn's stuff I like. But for some reason this phrase just annoys me.

Breakfast Topic: Do you have a special spot in WoW? {WoW}

Feb 29th 2012 10:15PM I love sitting at those story telling benches at the tops of Thunder Bluff. I like to pretend I'm hearing a story, and it's very fun to watch the quiet, peaceful tauren go about their business, and see the occasional player. It's also awesome to see the wyverns and blimps coming in and out.

Another really really fun thing I like to do, although admittedly, is not a special place I stay, is race the blimp to thunderbluff/orgrimmar. When the blimp takes off, I take a wyvern, and just fly right next to it, enjoying the scenery below.
