The Queue: A discussion of kicking bad puggers {WoW}

My comment wasn't a question, it's a feedback on an already discussed and replied question The Queue had a few days ago that was asked by me. Like I said, this is a feedback and is not supposed to create more discussion on the subject.
You said it's unfair. I say I heal better than healers that generaly queue for heroics at ilvl 33x, so it's really up to you to have a better healer or a worse healer.

The Queue: A discussion of kicking bad puggers {WoW}

Feb 24th 2011 11:11AM Hey there The Queue.
It's not actually a question, more like a feedback on a question I had a few days ago.
I asked about healing heroics in PvP gear, got a "NO" answer and then people got more explainatory answers over the comments. After this week's conquest point farming (that happened yesterday) I've got iLvl352 and decided it was ok to start trying to heal heroics. Long story short, I healed Halls of Origination with relative ease... no wipes, 2 or 3 random deaths scattered around pulls (wtb paladin aoe heal), no CD bursts at bosses. The other people from the group were ok, with 2 really good dps, that helped alot. Luck of draw with 3 stacks helped a bit too, our bear tank got around 230k hp at tops.
So this is the feedback, before you think you can't heal heroic encounters because you have only PvP gear, try to do the maths based on how much int it gives and what second stat to prioritize based on your class (for pallies i suggest going for spirit, but that's not the point), I'm sure that around iLvl350 you will do just fine if your group is ok. Not awesome, not epic, not insanely good, just ok will do it.

Feb 15th 2011 11:33AM That's exactly what I've been considering.

Thanks alot for the answer, it was much more explanatory and fact-oriented than Holisky's. I wish we could downgrade some The Queue answers...

The Queue: Where the Sidewalk Ends {WoW}

Feb 15th 2011 11:29AM I've just read a few comments and even though this might be a double post, I have to say it.
The answer from Holisky, was quite crushing. I was surprised he took such an aggressive stance towards this issue, and here's the reason of said surprise.
As I said, I'm on iLvl350 now, fully gemmed for int/spirit. My mana regen is considerably high, and my mana pool is much larger than people running around with normal dungeon blues. That being said, I KNOW normal dungeons don't come nowhere near heroics, but I've been healing normals without EVER running lower than 80% mana, and I NEVER use cooldowns, only when there's some stupid DPS that insists on running thorugh fire.
I made the answered question, because I questioned myself the following: "What if I try to run Heroics, probably I'll have to stop and drink every 3 pulls or so, plus I'll have to burst all cooldowns every boss".
IMO that's normal even for healers with full PvE gear from normal, and even those healers with 4 or 5 heroic pieces.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
