What exactly are the legalities surrounding the altering of the Annual Pass text? When I got my pass at the start, it said nothing about invites via waves, as an example. Is Blizz within their rights to alter the text of the agreement, even after it's been "signed" by the consumer?
Nov 20th 2011 6:39PM In fire, you are purged
In water, you are cleansed
In earth, you are restored
In air, you are revived.
The fire lightened your lighthouse, beckoning the weary sea-farer,
Then consumed you in war's conflagration.
The seas were your footstool,
Yet became your grave.
The earth that welcomed you, and blessed you with harvest.
Now feasts on your carcass.
The air swelled with the thrum of industry in an untamed land,
Now it cries for loved ones lost, and peace shattered.
You stood tall as a beacon of hope and peace in a world filled with hate and war.
Now you lie broken, trodden down by those you would call "friend".
You yearned for understanding, worked for unity, and prayed for love;
Yet received calamity, and broken sobs.
Your legacy will be sorrow and tears, and bitter betrayal.
Yet we shall remember your mercy.
In the dark days to come, your name shall be a battle-cry, and a lament.
Yet in the morning, it shall be a blessing and a refuge.
Short was your day,
We pray your night may be shorter still.
Farewell, Lady of the West, Siren of the Wilderness,
Farewell, She who brought hope to the hopeless.
Farewell, Tranquil Isle of Refuge, the Matron of Peace.
Farewell, Light of the West, Beacon of the Promise.
Nov 3rd 2011 7:48PM So, when are we going to see some armour-set look-a-likes for Monks? They're at such a disadvantage :O
Nov 2nd 2011 12:04AM Your numbers are off, Mr. Rossi; there won't be 33 specs in MoP; there will be 34. remember that cats and bears will now be their own specs (cheers for potential to have true tanking and melee dps potential)
Oct 28th 2011 9:31AM I am a Druid. I love the idea of using the forces of nature to heal my allies and wreck havok upon my enemies. I'm comfortable being the meat-shield against for my friends, or to tear into my target from the rear. I have a gear set capable of running current content for 3 of the four roles available to my class and enjoy any aspect. I only have one 85, and it is my Druid, because that's what I am.
Sep 6th 2011 8:03PM Allison, I agree that tier 8 is a pretty "unique" look that will be night impossible to blend with any current options we have, but i must say that the "helm" (does an orbiting crescent moon and star cluster really constitute a helm?) has a lot of potential for transmoging. Let me bounce this off you:
Nordrassil shoulders (the pvp edition)
Stormrage chestpiece and gloves
Cold Convergence (for chickens and trees)
Now that's an awesome combo if you ask me :)
Aug 21st 2011 10:47AM I'm actually going for an eclectic set, not a true tier set. I'm working towards a mix of season and tier gear with the same colour scheme to make a completely unique look. Anyone else attempting this?
Jul 31st 2011 5:33PM ******POSSIBLE SPOILERS BELOW*******
Actually, upon reading Twilight of the Aspects, I think that the book runs concurrent with events in 4.2; there are obvious parts that precede it, but there are a few events (See Teracgosa) that run current with each other. I'm lead to believe that while we're fighting in the Firelands, events are unfolding in Northrend, out of sight and mind of the rest of us.
Jul 26th 2011 2:41PM But then what are druids? Just specialized shaman?
As for channelling Rag, I don't think that regular druids channel Cenarius or Ysera to get their powers; all the info points towards Cenarius teaching them how to channel it themselves, so all Rag would be to the Flame Druids would be a figure of reverence, like the Ancients. But why would they still be called druids, what makes a druid a druid if it isn't channeling the forces of nature? I just can't get my head around "druids" channeling elemental fire or water etc...
