Mar 31st 2012 12:08PM Yeah, something like that here. Non-stop since 2006 and day one Annual Pass adopter and no invite yet. Are there really that many people who have stuck around this long?
Feb 6th 2012 7:47PM Tyrande materializes into the arena as she spots Zon'ozz.
"Elune, grant me strength!" she shouts.
Zon'ozz whispers to Tyrande, "Your Elune will not save you." as he summons the Void of the Unmaking.
Seeing this glowing sphere, Tyrande realizes that since they are not in the maw, they the Void will not be absorbed by it. She begins her assault on Zon'ozz by firing off a couple Moonbolts as he charges her. As Zon'ozz reaches her, he casts Disrupting Shadows on her as she readies her Stardust.
Reeling from the blow of the Stardust, Zon'ozz then uses Psychic Drain to return some of his health from the previous attacks while damaging Tyrande. This goes on for a bit while Tyrande's health gets lower and lower until she calls upon Lunar Guidance.
Meanwhile the Void is growing larger and larger and eventually is absorbed by Zon'ozz, removing his speed and strength increases and increasing his susceptibility to Tyrande's attacks. She takes advantage of this to use her increased casting speed to really do some damage to the faceless one.
Staggering, Zon'ozz summons another Void of the Unmaking and proceeds to continue to swing at Tyrande while casting Disrupting Shadows and Psychic Drain on occasion, using the latter to restore lost health. As his strength and speed increase he forces Tyrande to call on another round of Lunar Guidance. This back and forth continues until Tyrande screams, "Elune, save me!"
As the Tears of Elune start to fall, Zon'ozz absorbs the second Void. Tyrande furiously fires off volley after volley at the faceless one. As Zon'ozz is about to fall, Tyrande realizes that she's been taking severe damage while he has the ball absorbed into his body and is about to fall as well. Tyrande begins to cast Stardust as the phase ends and Zon'ozz comes to his senses. While she's mid cast, Zon'ozz casts Psychic Drain before she can finish the cast and fells Tyrande.
"The Destroyer shall prevail, your Elune could not save you." he whispers.
Jan 12th 2012 2:44AM Please, let me know your main(s) and server so I can make sure to make your life a royal nightmare if I ever end up with you DPSing in a random dungeon that I'm tanking.
Jan 12th 2012 2:40AM Cry more and roll/play a tank/heal, and don't say "I don't want to tank/heal" because then any argument you have is invalid.
I really don't care if you're a "pure", you knew what you were getting into when you rolled that toon. Especially since it seems that most of the people I meet playing "pures" only play "pures".
"Hey mage, why are you trying to tell me how to tank/heal? You done this before?"
"Nah, my alts are a rogue and a hunter. Screw that tank/heal stuff."
Dec 28th 2011 10:19AM To the people predicting MoP to kill the "hardcore" WoW fanbase I say good riddance.
Being able to hang around town and pug into a raid on an alt without having to see the "hardcore" and "elitist" spouting, "LF1M dps for xraidzonex on reg, must have heroic achievement and 99999 gs. All upgrades are reserved for guild. We don't want to carry trash dps."
Those players I'll be glad to lose and never see again.

Dec 26th 2011 4:40PM My office smells of wet dog...it's raining and the dogs just came inside.
Nov 6th 2011 8:36AM I'll be honest, what I said is strictly off my observations of the class(es) in PvP. I don't play a hunter, he's sitting at 68, along with my mage and rogue. All 3 were RaF'ed up to those levels roughly. I suppose my comments are a bit biased since I have a seething hatred toward pure classes. I see them as the classes for the lazy players (not saying that you folks are, just an observation) that don't want to do anything but "ezmode" DPS.
Most of my despise toward the hunter is the fact that as it sits now, even using trinkets and class abilities, I can't get within range of a hunter or mage to kill them b/c of their CC and elusiveness. With 5.0 the mage will be a bit easier with the loss of their 3 shields, but the hunter won't matter b/c the one advantage I have as a melee (getting inside their 3m minimum range) will be gone, so if they're bursting hard enough, they won't have to worry about getting out to finish me (or anyone else). Just keep shooting.
Nov 5th 2011 10:49PM Did I hurt your little huntard feelings with my honesty?
You're only getting better with 5.0 since melee can't get inside of your range and keep you from bursting them down.
