Patch 4.2: Firelands bosses voice emotes {WoW}

May 10th 2011 7:33PM I must ask why Blizzard keeps hiring that one voice actress. Out of how many amazing VAs they've hired in the past, they seem to insist that all female Cata bosses make our magic BETRAAAAAAAAAAAY us. Please spare a few dimes and hire VAs with proven talent. I particularly loved Barbara Goodson's work in WotLK, she sounded fierce.

I'm kind of sad that Fandral sounds like Cam Clarke, which is saying something since he's one of my favorite VAs. I was hoping for Steve Blum like in Vanilla. I can still hear him saying "Tyrande has no idea how to lead our people!" every time I read about Fandral's new exploits.

What's your dream cast for the Warcraft movie? {WoW}

May 6th 2011 9:06AM You had me at Scarlett Johansson, but you trailed off afterwards. Not many of those actors seem to fit the characters very well imo. If half of those people had a part in the Warcraft movie it would just be another part played by them, instead of the character they're supposed to be playing, if that makes any sense.

Breakfast Topic: Who are the most robust characters of the expansion? {WoW}

May 4th 2011 9:53AM Liam Greymane. No character in the game made me feel better about my choice of races more than Liam for the Gilneans. Long live Greymane, GIlneas shall rise again!

On the topic of zones, Feralas was undoubtedly my favorite revamped zone. There's nothing quite like romping through the forest as a Worgen Rogue to get you ready for some Ogre killing. It's a shame that the relocated Feathermoon Stronghold will only be used by the few Alliance that level through Kalimdor. I really liked that place.

Patch 4.2 preview: The legendary staff, Dragonwrath {WoW}

Apr 28th 2011 4:11PM I'm hoping the transformation is a new model instead of one of those low polygon Drakonids or Dragonkin. I'm really sick of seeing those things.

Dev Watercooler: Ghostcrawler discusses the number of player abilities {WoW}

Apr 26th 2011 1:43PM Enh Shaman was the first spec to come to mind when I read the part about paring down rotational skills to around 4. I think Enh works so well with as many skills as it has because each skill relies on the other to really push out the big numbers. It's not a class you can randomly mash buttons with and I love it for that. That kind of balance is really what makes each class' rotations interesting. If you know how to make use of what they give you to dps with, it works. If you don't, you won't be seeing those big yellow numbers as much.
