Mar 28th 2012 11:28AM It was stated by one of the developers, I think at Blizzcon, that they were considering creating a monk-specific area, similar to Moonglade for druids.
Has there been any more word on that?
Mar 27th 2012 11:14AM Curious….
It can be seen that Zandalar Isle is extremely close to Pandaria, just to the northwest, as seen here: http://media.mmo-champion.com/images/news/2012/march/pandariaminimap.jpg
It is also stated via blue posts that the Zandalari and Pandaren had NO contact for 10,000 years, ever since the mists formed (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3523213648?page=3#43).
This is baffling to me, given how very close they are.
I realize we’re in a world with extreme magics, but one would assume you could simply sail in precisely in the same direction you had seen the continent last and probably hit land, no? It’s not THAT far away from them, and it’s directly south/southeast. If the mists only cover the small area between the continent and the small island, it shouldn’t be that difficultly navigated, right? The trolls may not have had compasses, but they had to at least know directions well, given their continued trips to Stranglethorn.
What’s the deal with this mist?! I was under the (possibly misconceived) impression that the mists would cover a large area surrounding Pandaria, which further led to explorers getting lost and such. By those standards, the whole of the Zandalar island would be covered by the mists, causing its own set of problems for the inhabitants. Being that they have obviously traveled to far off lands (i.e. Stranglethorn Vale), they were obviously not plagued by an island-encompassing mist.
Perhaps I’m just confusing close proximity with ease of travel….
Mar 27th 2012 8:16AM If I had to choose just one of the many enticing aspects, I'm pretty anxious for the lore reveals.
Like what happens to Jaina once she goes super saiyan.
And what EXACTLY Garrosh is doing in terms of corruption under Orgrimmar.

Mar 26th 2012 8:31AM It is my firm belief that people will always criticize what they're not used to.
In this example, it does seem excessively unreasonable though. Especially when thinking of the exact in-game examples you just gave.
I recall some voicing that they thought the idea of Burning Crusade and Outland was "jumping the shark" by Blizzard, and now it's viewed as one of the greatest expansions.
In time, I'm sure people will view Pandaria similarly.
Mar 16th 2012 11:05AM The celestial steed is already account wide, as it's sent to the in-game mailbox of all characters upon purchase.
No, I want the other plethora of mounts from my main available on all alts.
Using a Frostbrood Vanquisher mount on my Death Knight alt......that's my real goal :)

Mar 4th 2012 2:49PM I'm curious about this as well. I initially took it to mean it would only be gear stats changing.
The following statement makes it seem as though the bosses will be getting the nerf bat as well though: "And even though enemies at levels 70, 80, and 85 are going to be nerfed right along with you..."
Is this the case with all dungeon and raid bosses?
Feb 28th 2012 8:21AM The little hut in the Valley of Wisdom to the right of the bank (across the path from the AH).
Only ever 2 npcs in there and the music is much better than the standard Orgrimmar sounds.
It's like my world away while still spending time in the city.
