Mar 20th 2012 10:09AM I can see it now, this is the END of WoW for many people just because of loot issues. They think that people are QQ'ing now, just wait. It's 1 thing to lose a roll on a piece and see the rolls go out but its a totally diff. story when you can't see the rolls and see the loot-fest go to the crappy players. As it is now, it seems the loot rolls are fixed in LFR and normals, the crappier you play and the crappier gear you go in with, the better the rolls and the more loot you win. I've seen it time and time again. Just mark my words. Yea suck you in with a years subscription... glad I didn't do it. just sayin

Feb 21st 2012 10:38AM I think a guild summit would be a great opportunity for all involved with a suggestion to invite a broad spectrum of guild leaders/officers. Some from guilds of all types and sizes, from the lvl 2 guild to the lvl 25 guild, social/raiding/roleplaying/pvp. There is such a variety out there to choose from. That way the input from those leaders are not all going to be raiding biased vs casual biased. I think it is a great idea.
Feb 20th 2012 10:58AM We are going to have to get a bigger foot to punt the bigger gnomes!
Too bad the gnomes are just dreaming :P
Feb 9th 2012 5:49PM I didn't expect SW ToR to really decline WoW's sub rate that much. It seems no matter how hard I try to play a new or different game, nothing compares to WoW. So far, nothing imo is better than WoW, game wise anyway. I'm sure someday it will come to an end, but by then I hope I am good and ready to move on for sure.
Feb 9th 2012 12:25PM I don't think you are alone in your boat, as I am with you. I too, have the raiding bug. I know my potential as well as my limits. My friends are great friends, but they are not "raiders". We try to raid as a guild, but we don't get very far. When we pug 3 or 4 spots we get further but they are alts from other raiding guilds in our realm. I am torn between leaving the guild and venturing out on my own or raiding with my friends. Granted when we do down bosses in a guild/pug run it is exciting but being 1/8 DS normal is not that exciting to me anymore. I want more, I want better. I don't want to leave my guild or friends as it would feel as punishment to myself if I did. So for now I chose the lesser of punishments and keep pushing for more kills in guild and pug the rest when I can, but I do know what you mean. When I figure out an answer I will let you know, until then, hang in there with whatever choice you choose.
Feb 9th 2012 10:36AM This is just too cool! I'm so gonna go buy one!
Feb 7th 2012 2:07PM I am the guild mama/officer. I pick flowers, make flasks/cauldrons, make feasts, co-ordinate guild events, raids, etc. I talk too much on vent and in chat. I pug too much because I get bored and refuse to level another alt. I am the guild website designer/updater, the guild photographer to put on the website as well. I read too much about WoW, I am here everyday even though I don't post everyday. I have 1 of at least every toon, and almost every profession, although I love the alchemy buff so I have 2 maxxed alchemists. I do what needs to be done, including cleaning the guild bank and keeping it neat and orderly. I probably do way too much actually now that I have written this, but it all keeps me happy and occupied so thats what I do.
Feb 3rd 2012 12:04PM I would have to say after waiting 2 1/2 years for my husband to "finish" WoW, I came to the realization that it would never end. I then at that moment decided, since I can't beat him I may as well join him. I made a mage, made a few friends, my husband is/was my hero teaching me. Here I am now, an insane mage - kicken *ss and taking names, with 3 85 alts and 5 baby toons on the way. O lawd, what did I get myself into?
Jan 27th 2012 10:22AM I have a handful of real life friends I met in WoW and am totally grateful for them to be part of my real life and wow life. They have been there through good times and bad and I am there for them too. I think it has added a new meaning to "social networking"
