"Character" is kind of a long word, to say or even pronounce in your head. People like to shorten things, but the shortened version, "char" doesnt work because to any semi-literate person its pronounced completely differently. Just looking at it now its near impossible for me to read that word as "care".

Mar 27th 2012 5:21PM I love that talent so much, in 5 mans if Its a good group I can usually at least beat the tank on dps, and if it's not a good group I can usually beat a dpser or two. Earth shield and rolling riptides are enough to keep a geared tank up, healing stream for the group if nobody stands in fire and then I just drop my fire ele and pop hero on every boss fight. Regen? Who needs it. Lightning bolt lightning bolt lightning bolt! *throws tennis ball*

Mar 24th 2012 12:16PM Yeah, i use gaelic for quite a few of my toons when appropriate. I dont RP, but yeah for the most part they have to sound like names that fit the character (and sound at least a little badass).

My NE rogue = Cyno = My handle for ~15+ years.

My Draenei shammy = Tsyanis = Tibetan for fear, another old handle for when Cyno was unavalible.

Hooman dk = Dubhlann. = Gaelic for ebon blade. Well, ebony blade. Well... negro blade, technically.

Worgen huntard = Cascorrach = Mythological irish king who killed werewolves.

Bank alt = Airh = Gaelic for gold.

BE huntard = Daoine = gaelic for elf sorta.

Goblin lock = Gandino = italian goblin creature from mythology.

And i have my panda name all reserved. Chengdan = chinese for bear, very simple.

Again, Vanity Items /= DLC.

I have every obtainable weapon and every single cosmetic set piece in TF2. Ive spent exactly $5 for a backpack expander to fit all this stuff i didnt pay for and not a penny more.

Mar 23rd 2012 9:56AM @ Drakkenfyre, Vanity items /= DLC. Plus none of the stuff they sell really impacts gameplay. I find all the tf2 weapons to be pretty balanced.

And at least almost everything has a chance to drop in game for free, or is able to be crafted, that's better than the pet store and TCG.
