Aug 29th 2011 11:14AM For some encounters, I do listen to WoW's music, like Lich King, Alysrazor, Staghelm.
It's mostly what I don't listen to. I don't listen to Queens of the Stone Age, or Silversun Pickups, or stuff that's a bit heavy, because I can't concentrate. I mostly listen to poppy stuff. Hot Chip, Marina and the Diamonds, stuff like that.
Aug 24th 2011 3:07PM It's not really just making it "available," it's also resizing and refitting the hairs to work on the head and body. Minimzing clippage, etc. Also, some of the hairs, they might would want to rework them and repolish them to match a Cata aesthetic.
But I wouldn't mind more hairs! Female tauren only have like 6.
Aug 23rd 2011 10:10AM I think inscription is the easiest of all the crafting professions, of course, you have to have an herbalist you enjoy gathering with, or be prepared to sink a ton of gold into it. But besides that, no problem, it uses vendor mats and mats easily created for the most part. I think the worst is that it was made so permanent, but to be honest, no other market had the profitability of inscription at all levels, only stuff at the very end.
Aug 22nd 2011 10:35PM It might be because few people are in Wrath anymore, but the cost of Frostweave is ridiculous. And the drop rate is sad. It wasn't a big deal when I had three maxed out characters doing randoms constantly, but when you have one priest, Disc/Holy, it's just sad. I did a few Wrath dungeons on my druid, and he got about a stack of Frostweave per dungeon.
I don't have anyone with First Aid, I followed the WoW-Professions guides, and my tailor is Cata-level now, but after Outland-level (which was a breeze, I had so much Netherweave on hand), I just got throttled at Wrath-level. And not a minor one at all. They honestly need to buff cloth drops at that level. One person reported that their tailoring was at level, and they leveled almost all questing, and just managed to max Grand Master Tailoring a bit before they dinged 78.
I'm probably spoiled because I'm not in a rush to grind out Leatherworking like many would be picking it up later. And I quested a lot to 85.
Aug 22nd 2011 6:56PM But what do you think of Tailoring?
I think Leatherworking could be loads better but please no. Leg enchants are useful, and I wish they'd put more flavor stuff in, as well as stuff that's useful for all toons. And a redesign at the top, maybe with some point distribution.
Aug 22nd 2011 6:53PM I like Leatherworking some. o.O I find Tailoring a lot more difficult, because I find it harder to farm, to be honest. Of course, I never leveled Leatherworking after the fact like Tailoring, but my tailor had a hell of a time leveling through Wrath level.
If anything, I wish Leatherworking wasn't so difficult after 505, AND I wish that it had more cool stuff and less of a bottleneck with some reagents. Tailors get mounts, Blacksmiths get cheap sockets with vendor mats (WHADDYA MEAN I HAVE TO USE TWO VOLATILE AIRS) and cool gear like shields and weapons, we get...bags. And gear that's easy to replace like chestpieces and belts (sure, they weren't thinking this at the time of Cata Launch, but still). The leg enchants are actually pretty expensive when you calculate the mats (a guildie wanted a discounted one and I was like IT REALLY IS THAT MUCH GOLD YOU KNOW, and I actually tipped another guildie with one for making a shield for me, at a loss).
Aug 18th 2011 4:48PM Maybe not ROLEYPLAYERS
Aug 17th 2011 1:37PM I miss Cleansing Totem. As one shaman said:
"I don't get why they got rid of Cleansing Totem. No one was ever in range anyway."'
And it grinds my gears that priests still have a Mass Dispel mechanic but shammies don't.
Aug 15th 2011 1:55PM Actually Texas has Romeo/Juliet laws for when people are under 18 and within four years of each other.
Aug 11th 2011 9:14PM I had to look for this, and I found it, thank you.
