That would be entertaining as hell. And they made mention before that they want to bring some of the old worlds. I love the idea of combating insanity in a game.
Apr 4th 2012 1:35PM A possibility that exists, but is not touched on here:
The Lich King is not a single entity, but progresses to a Hive Mind. The "King" we see is (as mentioned) parts of a whole. Ner'zhul, Arthas, and now Bolvar. When the Lich King says "I was once a Shaman" he isn't lying. He was once a shaman, a part of him was at least, a piece of the whole that leads into the concept of Lich King. But he was also once a Paladin, a prince, someone who believed in protecting his people only to Damn them in the end. Both Ner'zhul and Arthas did that. They sought to defend, only to destroy.
Bolvar right now is sleeping. Dormant like Arthas had been while trying to absorb or understand the parts that make up the Whole. Instead of accepting, and absorbing, he denied and destroyed. Allowing the "Lich King" we know to awaken.
Bolvar is a jailor, as was mentioned. But this is a prison where the warden and the guards aren't on the same page yet. Since Bolvar is in hibernation the guards have the run of the place. The guards in this case are higher level Scourge with Autonomoy granted by the Lich King himself, much like Sylvanas and Kel'Thuzad had before. He allowed others to carry out his commands, the Warden is locked in his office with the phone off. The Guards are given full autonomy now and do what they were doing with the Old Warden, figuring that without new orders they're supposed to keep going with the old orders.

Mar 29th 2012 8:03PM Question for the Queue:
Are there any new Heirlooms announced for the MoP? Something like gloves and boots to bring us to 90?
Mar 28th 2012 1:46AM I do have to agree. I'm looking forward to Heart of the Swarm, but I loves me some zerg.
Mar 28th 2012 1:02AM Yeah. That's just being unfair... I'm dying to know what Titan IS, not how much fun it is.
Mar 27th 2012 7:44PM In my raid it's a paladin, a druid and myself as a resto shaman. My heals are usually either first or second (big AOE fights the Pally rips me to shreds) for heals. My over-heals are the lowest (almost always) and yet... I've never had mana problems.
Maybe it's because I really am designated as a tank heals rather than raid? I dunno, but I've never really had too many problems with my mana and heals.
Mar 27th 2012 12:24AM As a (sometimes) affliction 'lock I must say that this was a very well put together statement. I like it... a lot.
I agree whole-heartedly that I think that Warlock Tanking could be a real, and truly cool thing. (If it was ever put together properly) It would bring a whole new sphere to the game that didn't exist before. I've always felt that it would be a bit nicer to have a new meat-shield on the field.
Warriors, Paladins and Druids got all the attention until LK. Then DK's rolled on the scene but frost as the tank spec was just goofy. Now with Blood having taken to the forefront with Cata the game has changed. Making a 5th tanking spec out of (another) purely DPS spec might make people very, very happy. There's a lot of joy with Warlock Tanking right now, and the Dev's like making people happy.
"Azerothian Flying will never happen.... until it did."
Mar 22nd 2012 9:49PM Magma is right. A lot of people will over-look the low priced items because they assume they're ugly and people just want to move them ASAP. Others don't have a chick toon to see what the transmog looks like.
If you play a Worgen or a Draenei it can become troublesome to know what is what when it comes to some transmog sets (same goes for Tauren) because of the shape of the leg.
Mar 14th 2012 7:19PM They explained early that won't happen. Mostly for PvP reasons, people see armor and judge class attacks. So Plate = Plate. As cool as it could be... nope.
