Jun 21st 2011 2:14PM Been at mine for 8 years and plan to be here for another 30. Maybe 3-4 years is normal for Generation Y or Z or whatever we are up to now.
If you have a good job these days it’s best to keep it IMO.

Jun 21st 2011 9:22AM While a lot of the info you have provided seems reasonable, not something I’m willing to do but good info for the hard core raiding type the thing that stands out to me the most is your first two paragraphs. Just like the person who can’t seem to find the right significant other (while they may be very attractive) or can’t seem to stay in one career field for any length of time (while they may be very talented) there comes a point when you have to say is it them/it or is it me?
For instance my wife you I love dearly seems to become disenchanted with whatever job she is in after 3-5 years. This has happened in the last 3-4 jobs. So to me I have to ask is it the jobs she is pursuing or is it her? Guess which one I’m leaning towards.
