Looking back on healing in Cataclysm {WoW}

if i miss a cd while tanking that does not 1 shot me,
its the healers problem,
if i don't take bother to use feint or pop a cd to avoid aoe boss damage
its the healers problem,
boss mechanic is to do lots of aoe to everyone and is unavoidable
its the healers problem,
in a 10-25 man you can tell people to take care and they will listen, being lazy or bad will result in consequences whether you are subbed out or you will simply not be able to progress
you cant make people care enough to get out of fire faster in 5 mans and 25lfr, because its generally been designed not to 1 shot people, it can be healed through, and the person being punished isn't the tank that wont blow a cd to ease the healing required, it wont be the dps that doesn't really want to get out of the fire hence lose the dps numbers, its the healer, he is punished, and if you scrape through the encounter no one cares that the group made the heal work 50% more so they could do 25% less work, boss died who cares,
its the problem with encounters we have right now, the only thing we have seen consistently used to punish people for ignoring mechanics is to make them take damage.
and if it doesn't kill them instantly its gets deemed "Heal through it"
i would like to see more DoS type punishment dealt, ie whirlwinds, stuns, or pacifies, et la,
hurt dps by making them lose dps on the boss, a debuff? a slow?
hurt the tank by stunning them?, more durability loss?,
meh anyway,
i dont heal anymore,

is this a good thing or a bad thing, unsure at this point not enough info,
personally think we will be mix and matching on a encounter by encounter basis,
