Nov 25th 2011 11:43AM Allow me to clarify: Bestial Wrath has a BASE cooldown of 2 minutes.
Nov 25th 2011 11:43AM Beastial Wrath isn't being changed on Mists so far. Bestial Wrath always has a 2-minute CD, but is shortened by the talent Longevity.
Nov 22nd 2011 1:57PM It's not a raid leader's job to hold hands. If you want to raid, you should be putting forth the effort. If everyone else's DPS is fine, it's not fair to them that they have to research their class AND yours. It's not about elitism or any of that. It's about effort, and you CAN pick up thousands of DPS just by reading up and making changes to glyphs, talents, rotations, and reforges. You just have to look for the information and put it in practice.
Of course all this is really subject to the type of raiding guild/group you are in, but effort is universal, and that is probably the real problem, not the numbers themselves.
Nov 22nd 2011 11:28AM He needs to realize that if there was a low percentage wipe, higher DPS on his part might have resulted in a kill instead. When you're raiding, you have to keep in mind that you are part of a team. When your performance is lacking, the other 9 or 24 people are having to pick up your slack.
As readily available as information on this game is these days, there's really no excuse for poor execution. Target dummies are there for a reason. The time spent standing around or leveling alts could be spent tightening up your rotations and committing them to muscle memory. You could also speak with other players that play your spec & class and see if there are any addons that could help. Kudos for staying alive and not dying, now strengthen your performance with solid DPS and a good attitude.
As far as calling your raid leader and his friends "idiots," that's not behavior conducive to keeping a cohesive raid team. Raid leading is not easy. If other raiders see your low DPS and see the raid leader isn't doing anything about it, they may be inclined to slack off since they feel that they don't have to try so hard since others aren't having to do so.
Whisper your raid leader and let him know you're willing to work on it, and ask him to continue the conversation regarding your DPS in whispers and to generalize DPS discussions when in a public channel.

Nov 14th 2011 9:30AM Well he ruined your guild twice. Not much to think about here.
Oct 24th 2011 8:52AM I'll be trying one out as well, but I don't really do alts. Being that all specs play in melee range, I don't think it'll allure me into playing it too long. I'm a hunter for the long haul, which is what my Pandaren will be when I try a couple out.
Oct 19th 2011 6:03PM Surprised that nobody has said updated player models. They've come up with new models for Orcs, Night Elves, and Humans. With there being no new races or classes likely, this would be the next best thing for them to do with the staff that previously worked on races and classes.
I wouldn't hold my breath, but I wouldn't be too surprised either.
Oct 18th 2011 11:22AM Totally agree. We have updated models of orcs, humans, night elves, plus practically brand new models already playable in Goblins and Worgen. Considering how rabid the playerbase has been in regards to updated models, it would be a fan-service that I think everyone would be on board with.
