Play an Epic Arc storyline, and you will see this happening. It just happen a lot less often than a themepark MMO.

It does not hurt the gamers. It's a beta, a testing phase in the development cycle. It will just make some gamers aware of possible future problems if this bill pass.

Every game has its haters... even those recently announced.

The MMO market in Brasil still being dominated by F2P games, since the beginning of this market here.
Blizzard know that there isn't enough gamers around here willing to pay R$ 30 per month to play a game, and is trying to reach this playerbase reducing this price to R$ 15.
It's just like the games that have different subscriptions to different regions in the world (EVE player pays U$ 14.95 or € 14.95 depending on where you live), the main difference being that our servers are not located on our country.

Agree with you. League of Legends is ddoing very well with its F2P model and still delivering new content every 2 weeks. I know that someday they will slow this a bit, but it will probably be only when they'll release another major update like Dominion.
This is what a F2P game need to do to be successful. Make their playerbase happy with the content. A happy player is a supporter player. A player that will spend money in their shop.
Dec 30th 2011 10:05AM I didn't played some of these games, but I agree with this. Nice list.
Dec 30th 2011 10:03AM What we need is less posts about SWTOR and more about all the others MMOs.
Too early to have an dedicated site. WoW has far more content and still with a lot more players. Two more years and you can have the definite answer.
Dec 27th 2011 2:56PM I feel sad to hear that just the Gallentean ship is the less useful. =(

Nicely put. I've received a warning when I was starting the game, before the creation of the Tribunal, after leaving two games in a row. It was due to connection problems, but when I received that warning I've felt relieved.
After so many time playing DotA and needing to deal with leavers almost every match, to see a game that could punish the leavers was like a vision of heaven.
