Feb 3rd 2012 9:06AM Haha! It's a part of some employment contracts where, after your departure from the firm, you are on paid leave and not allowed to start another job for the specified amount of time.
The idea of it is that it prevents you taking clients/company secrets/etc. to a new employer, or something like that.

On a phone so excuse the brevity, but as above go for survivability initially, as you get more experienced, or if you play with a healer you might want to spec more offensively.
