Mar 30th 2012 9:31AM Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure states that one cannot put forth frivolous lawsuits therefore this litigation is null and void (lol get it... void...) and because its frivolous you could be counter sued by blizz for wasting their time and legal currency.
