Mar 28th 2012 9:20AM Definitely challenge modes. As a healer, I can just see the group dragging me along trying to blitz the dungeon, all the while I'm begging them to slow down and I'm low on mana. White knuckle healing is not fun especially when the rest of the group is having a blast at my expense (being reckless, pulling aggro, no cc, breaking cc, pulling large groups, going too fast, etc).
Lord, just thinking about it is giving me indigestion. Yeah, not excited about challenge modes.

I don't agree with this just a general statement. It's a matter of personal preference. I love having active mana management tools available to me as a healer (vs just passive regen and long regen cds). I think it makes our role more interesting.
Looking at the Mistweaver's regen tools (the two teas) looks very interesting on paper. And if it plays out the way I hope it does, they're going to have perhaps the most active regen model among healers.
I like that TC is staying alive via glyph in MoP. I love the talent and it's part of the reason why playing on my Holy Priest is so frustrating. Standing idle and waiting on cds isn't fun to me.
Mar 26th 2012 5:42PM Azshara is overpowered in this fight. Simply using Servant of the Queen (instant cast) on Murozond = instant win. It's the same effect as Total Obedience on a group. Murozond is the only one to get mind controlled and he has no one to break him out of it. So it lasts indefinitely.
Easy win for Azshara.
Mar 26th 2012 2:47PM I'm most excited for the Water Shield glyph. On fights where there's raid damage, I have to refresh that thing constantly.
The Riptide glyph is tempting but I imagine the spell will be so inefficient we wouldn't use it that much more than we do unglyphed. It won't proc Resurgence when glyphed.
The Earth Shield glyph is a pass.
Chain Heal glyph...meh. Probably pass unless there are a lot of spread out fights.
Mar 26th 2012 9:17AM WC3's Brewmaster was mayhaps my favorite hero so I've wanted playable Pandaren for a long time. I'm loving everything about their implementation in MoP thus far. Now, so help me Jesus, male Pandaren better have the red panda coloring + tail or a pox on Blizz's servers! A POX I SAY!
Mar 25th 2012 12:19AM They look awesome for Ele and Enhance but it's sad that I could skip that tier and be okay as Resto. None of them looking compelling at all for Resto. Unleash Fury is a huge letdown too. All they really needed to do was increase the heal of Unleash Life to Holy Shock/Serenity/Swiftmend strength to give Resto a strong instant heal. The Binding Heal effect is a head scratcher. And having a permanent pet is a no go for me.
Seems like they could stand to tweak Unleash Fury (Life) for Resto and/or have Elemental Blast be a dual purpose spell. You can target an enemy or you can target an ally and heal them...but honestly that sounds boring.
My Enhance off-spec is giddy. My Resto main-spec is not amused.
Mar 21st 2012 10:10PM Soothing Mist and Surging Mist seemed to fall within the H/FH/GH category. Perhaps Soothing is their Heal and Surging is their FH or GH. Expel Harm is also single target but it requires to be in melee range.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting what you wrote, Dawn, but the wording on Cherry Mana Tea makes it sound like as you normally spend chi on abilities, you gain charges on CMT. Not that CMT consumes chi and builds charges.
Personally I love this active style of mana regen (sans cd). Mistweavers look like they are going to have a very active and engaging playstyle. Also, I hope that using up the charges of the statue doesn't make the statue despawn. It says you can only summon two in a combat session so there's a risk of both statues being used up and the mistweaver not being able to heal via dps.
