Oct 13th 2007 11:49PM I don't think anyone would consider Gitr a "snake-oil salesman," and am a bit ticked off that you would consider those of us who are affiliated with these leveling resources as ripping people off. Gitr Knows WoW and Gitr uses the guides. Here is my latest hunter's to-60 /played time.
I personally use these guides because I'm an alt-aholic and got way past tired of running the quests in an inefficient manner. Sure, I could have come up with the guide on my own, if I wanted to spend 100 hours researching the quests on the database sites.
Just figuring that my "free time" is worth $5/hr and not anywhere near what I charge for working, that's $500. Sure, I'll buy a $37 guide any day if it's going to save me playing time when all I want to do is get into Outlands with my other toons.
Regarding the free guides and the top-tier paid guides, if any of you have ever used one of the paid ones, you'd see the difference. Don't knock it until you've tried it, Mark.
Bottom line, with over 90 guides sold so far, I've had 3 refunds, which I'll bet were people printing them out and being dishonest.
Oct 12th 2007 1:38PM I am a BIG fan of the Complimentary Brewfest Sampler.
Who can say "no" to FREE!?
Sep 25th 2007 11:26AM What I like most about this UI is the cache used. Holy cow! I am running 90-105MB with mostly Fu and Ace2 stuff, so I'm jumping on these items right away.
I love a good minimalist UI needing to run a lower resolution on a 19" CRT, and this one fits the bill. Thanks for sharing.
May 10th 2007 4:56PM I'm definitely suffering from altism. Here is my story...it's a tad awkward without the videos to leave as a comment:

May 4th 2007 9:21AM As the beer commmercials say, "Brilliant!"
The cut to the wheel of cheese put me in stitches, as did the crab jumping up to slay the people on the flight tower bridge.
Apr 27th 2007 11:30AM That would certainly be a welcome change of pace. I love a good RTS, and Starcraft was a great RTS.
Apr 27th 2007 11:25AM Gnome sushi!! /snork That's got to be a world first.
"slap the hair off of it and chain it down because I'm hungry" has got to be the funniest thing I've heard at the office all week. I'm sorry, but it made me laugh, bad acting and all.
Apr 25th 2007 12:38PM I moved my guild to Velen because it was the only "recommended" non-PvP realm available last week. The place is still a barren wasteland with barely 5,000 players.
The locusts may behave like locusts, but they don't have the same numbers. So, I suppose they should just shut up until they can support a new server by themselves.
Maybe re-roll locust support groups are called for...
Apr 25th 2007 8:02AM A gnome, a human, and a dwarf walk into a bar...GAH! I forgot the rest.
