May 1st 2007 3:33PM Sheeping allows a group with many weakness to experience content that they otherwise would not be ready for. 2 mages sheeping makes many runs "easy mode" but is not a requirement.
May 1st 2007 3:26PM I hate to see anyone get nerfed, But I have a hard time having any sypathy for tailors or blacksmiths when both craft items that are so amazingly superior to anything that can be crafted by engineers.
Mar 1st 2007 3:56PM ZF was by far my favorite instance pre-BC. I still go back and help guildies with there first run. Releasing the NPC's at the temple and the fight on the step that follows was awesome the first time I experienced it and I enjoy being apart of that for others.
Feb 3rd 2007 5:58PM I agree, these low level socketed items are really just decent "Greens" that you can dump a bunch of gold or rep into to make into decent "Blues". Now maybe once I've leveled to 70 and have some gear that will last awhile I'll worry about gem's but for now when I'm getting quest rewards that will replace them I'll just save the gold for a flying mount. I think the main people that would disagree are the one's making gold off of the gems.
Jan 20th 2007 6:37PM Haven't made it to the outlands yet, my hunter is currently lvl 57. Have heard alot of grumbling in guild chat that all the 60's have left for the outlands so people have nobody to help with instances. Its true I guild has limited # of 50+ people so forming a grop exclusively from guild mates hasn't been very practical. But I've found that every other guild has the same issue so I've been able to run ST and BRD on multiple occassions with PUG's that have been different and provided new experience and strategies. It has actually been much more rewarding than running them with the same players with everyone cookie cutter in to the same rolls everytime.
Dec 11th 2006 10:48PM I agree that people have not given the new system a chance. It takes time to transition to a system that requires the populations participation when a fair amount of the population is so cluless that there are still comments in general chat about the fact that "Hey anybody know what that new island on the map is, and how do I get there?".
I do agree the new system is could use improvement. Yes, autojoin sucks.
I'm an not an Xbox Live player but friends tell me they have some nice grouping tools.
I would like not only the ability to Ignore individuals but also the ability to rank individuals. This would be settup to allow me to see what I have ranked my interaction with another character before and also a composite ranking of what other players have ranked the player. Would need some structure araound this to prevent it from becoming a total popularity contest. Maybe something like the ebay feedback rating. May have a positive effect on peoples "Interactive" behaviour. Sorry if a little off topic.
