Porsche Boxster + vintage Volkswagen Bug = Bugster {Autoblog Archive}

Apr 4th 2011 7:11PM Sadly when VW announces its new bug in a few weeks... this is not what we'll be getting.

Land Rover gives the Evoque an extra set of wheels {Autoblog Archive}

Mar 18th 2011 10:51AM I'm guessing Maynard meant:
Both the car and bike are UNLIKELY to go offroad.

Mar 18th 2011 10:49AM Ace's thought process:
"OMG he said something slightly off-kilter that I can potentially misconstrue as being racist"
"To the racist mobile!"

Campagna follows up T-Rex with V13R trike {Autoblog Archive}

Mar 17th 2011 11:51AM I don't know, this thing is rather hideous.
Same price point as a Morgan? No contest...

Life-size Play-Doh Chevrolet Orlando appears on London streets {Autoblog Archive}

Mar 10th 2011 8:38AM Oh man... I just want to run up and... and... run into that thing.
-Lego would have: smelled better, lasted longer, been more detailed, gotten more attention (every blog I visit picks up on lego builds), and was only 2% off on their vote meaning it could easily have won depending on who/where exactly they pinged people for questions.
Also, I'm going to bet that it isn't solid Play-Doh, unlike a lego build.
Alright... that's enough of my LEGO rage...

Video: Ferrari FF tackles every type of terrain {Autoblog Archive}

Feb 25th 2011 10:46AM Well for all the haters out there, this thing does the opposite for me. I've never really liked Ferrari despite their performance, but this vehicle changes it all for me. If I had the type of income necessary for ownership, this would certainly find a home in my garage.

Lotus Elise Club Racer is stripped-out, Geneva-bound hotness {Autoblog Archive}

Feb 18th 2011 4:35PM Daily Driver? Screw that... the Elise is a daily driver!

Ford touting Focus Electric's lack of maintenance {Autoblog Archive}

Feb 10th 2011 9:37AM Obviously an electric motor is going to be different than a gas engine, but that doesn't mean the car won't have any maintenance.
Not to dissuade any would be buyers, I'm sure it's still cheaper in the long run.

I think I'd rather have the Focus over the leaf, as long as they keep the mileage competitive.
Focus is far from the most gorgeous car on the road, but it's a Heidi Klum next to the Leaf.
Though the Leaf does seem to have a nicer interior, hard to tell just from pictures though.

It will be interesting once both of these cars actually hit salesrooms across the country and we can actually go drive them outside of a giant warehouse.

Report: $33M in EV tax credits went to buy unqualified vehicles {Autoblog Archive}

Feb 4th 2011 11:20PM Well Satn... the military is horrible at controlling it's budget, they spend excess amounts of money and fail to compare contracts appropriately like many government agencies. Not to say they have poor leadership or anything, they just suck at the business aspect of it. OF course for all I know it's all a farse and they are secretly funneling money into ALIEN projects and stargates!!!

Oxfdblue, your argument would have been 10x more effective if you had left the verbal assault out of it... one little sentence is all it takes for people to ignore everything you've written after the insult. Hell I'm not a tea-partier and I've lost any respect for your comment just because you had to be an ass about it.
