May 14th 2007 4:51PM While it was visually appealing, it didn't have a story at all. This guy definitely has potential but there's not much to keep people watching.
It's like an arthouse movie.
May 10th 2007 4:34PM I hadn't seen that one yet. It was hilarious, thanks.
May 10th 2007 4:30PM Hello, my name is Mekias and I'm an Altoholic.
There's something about a new class or a new persona that keeps me energized in this game. I think I'm trying to recapture the feeling of when I first started and everything was exciting and wonderful.
Then again, maybe I'm just addicted to the faster leveling and advancement.
May 8th 2007 3:13PM I used to be in a guild several years ago with a 13 year old who was one of the best people I've ever met. He played a healer and was very intelligent, courteous, and friendly. He would also go out of his way to help a person out.
He may be an exception to the rule but it just shows that you can't judge someone just based on age.
May 7th 2007 3:03PM This isn't WoW but I always find it interesting when celebs admit to playing online games. Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel admit to playing a lot of internet Scrabble. Sarah says she also plays a lot with Alyssa Milano who lives in the same building as her.
May 3rd 2007 2:30PM I'd like to see this list redone for raiders only. You can maybe only use people who are honored or higher with Karazhan.
I will say that Shaman has 3 nice and balanced trees pre-raid but I'll hazard a guess that at least 70% of "raiding" Shamans are Resto.
Interesting data though. I can't see how Blizzard continues to ignore Priests when their Holy and Disc pinnacle talents are largely ignored.
May 2nd 2007 11:01AM I think it's perfectly acceptable to freak due to changes on the test realms. 90-95% of the stuff usually makes it into the live servers with no changes.
In fact, I think that the uproar over the tailoring sets changes yesterday was the prime reason why it was subsequently removed. They wouldn't have changed it otherwise.
Apr 23rd 2007 1:27PM I like healing but the focus on the health bars and missing the fight is irritating. I wiped my Kara raid twice last week on Shade of Aran because I would be busy running from a blizzard and trying to keep people alive when flame wreath would come along without me noticing. Boom.
Although I know that it's harder to notice things like that as a healer, it still pisses me off. I've now moved my raid bars to the middle of the screen and started using /focus on the boss, hoping that I will start noticing things like Flame Wreath before I blow people up.
Apr 23rd 2007 11:38AM Incremental changes like giving shamans Clearcasting which returns 100% mana on a crit then nerfing the hell out of it a few weeks later?
I'm not saying 100% mana return wasn't a little overpowered but taking it to 60% is a huge nerf and relegates elemental shaman back to the proverbial bench for raiding.
