May 10th 2007 10:24AM Krystalle, your guild sounds so cool. The 2 guilds I've been in, although nice enough, never did anything together, and really weren't that social or helpful. I don't suppose you have a chapter on Azgalor? lol ;-)
May 10th 2007 9:30AM A couple of posters have hit on a key aspect of this debate. I think whether to shield or not is irrelevant, or at the very least, a matter of preference. The key is your dps'ers. If your dps is patient, then a tank shielded can still call "dps go" after shield drops, and threat is generated. Plus, your priest is less stressed by getting a little bit of a head start. With or without a shield, if your dps goes all out right off the pull, disaster regardless.
May 9th 2007 4:10PM @22 I have to agree with you. While the article contains a lot of useful information, having to slog through bad grammar, spelling and typos distracts from the purpose of the article. If you have a great idea to convey to your readers, don't make them work for it.
All in all, good article. I wish someone had tutored me as a newbie.
May 3rd 2007 2:56PM Amanda, you mentioned some poeple get angry at lower level players in Outlands. Why would they be mad? Just curious.
Apr 5th 2007 2:52PM @5. Yes it is Xperl. As Live said, it may be a bit distracting at first. (Sometimes I thought a mob was in my peripheral vision) But I love it now. Great addon.
Apr 5th 2007 1:07PM I completely understand the utility of a regular flying mount. But 5200g for an epic? Sorry, but whatever I'm flying to will still be there when I get there.
Mar 9th 2007 4:07PM I don't really understand the controversy. When you look for a healer for a group dynamic, you can choose from a resto druid/shamman, a holy pally, or a priest. When you need dps, there are hunters, warlocks, mages, and rogues. Why wouldn't it be different when looking for a tank? Now there are 3 options for viable tanks. This simply offers more options for tanks, thus making it easier to fill or find a group for everyone.
Mar 6th 2007 11:52AM Wow it is so good to see that other people struggle at PvP also. I always get so frustrated when I get pwned by someone who might even be a lower level than I. Thanks everyone, for letting me know I'm not the only one with the PvP woes. And /salute to those who are honest enough to admit the areas in which they need improvement.
Myself, I think I'm ok in PvE. maybe 7/10.
in PvP, maybe 5/10 as I either win or die about 50% of the time. lol

"And that's why I am duelling. If I loose I ask why i lost, if I win I tell why he lost."
That is such a great philosophy, and I wish more people would abide by it. Nothing would asuage the frustration of losing a duel more than for that person to help me learn for future battles/duels against that class. Hats off to you!
