Jul 4th 2007 5:39PM I use a couple of handy Macros myself, lets see.
Delete any stars "*" that is written in the macros as I'm using them to try and tell specifically what's happening at each important string.
Deadly Throw Combo:
#Show Deadly Throw
/cast Deadly Throw
/cast [equipped:Thrown] Throw; Shoot
(This will use deadly throw if you got combo points. Normal throw if none)
Auto Pickpocket on Opener*:
/cast Pick Pocket
/cast Cheap Shot**
(This auto pick pocket for you when you open an attack making it nice and smooth with grinding)
*You have to turn auto loot on in the interface options
**Replace it with whatever opener you want, Ambush, Garrote etc
No attack expose armor:
#Show Expose Armor(Rank 6)
/equip Light Crossbow*
/cast Expose Armor(Rank 6)
(This will apply expose armor on your enemy without breaking blind, sap, poly etc)
*This causes global CD which makes you unable to attack before the expose armor
**Stops the attack after the expose armor, obviously
Note: You can leave out the equip bow string but then you need to practice 180 degree facing when applying your expose armor, positive you'll still have your thrown weapon equip, negative, not always safe/working.
My mount macro:
/use [outdoors,nomounted,nomodifier:ctrl] Ebon Gryphon**
/use [outdoors, nomounted] Black War Steed Bridle
(Ok big one! this will use my flying in outland, normal in azeroth, bgs, arena and other non flying areas, and itll force use my normal by holding down ctrl when i use it)
*This string will prevent wow from showing a lot of errors when using this.
**As normal mount comes second in line, flying will be tried first.
***In case you can't use flying, e.g in Azeroth itll pass and use this string (without showing an error as i took that off in the first string
**** This string stops the ignore errors string
Mouse Over Blind / Normal Blind
/cast [target=mouseover] Blind*
(This will apply Blind on mouseover. This means if you hold your cursor over your enemy and press the button it will apply Blind to that guy. But as its comboed with normal blind method in case)
*Mouse over blind
Guess that's it. I do not use macros for standard moves such as ambush, backstab, stealth, sinister etc as I think it very much depends on which opponent you're against and the situation which method you'd want to do. Doing it manually brings me more in control, much like a racing game or whatever, master manual gear control and youll rule all the automatics out there :P
Jun 26th 2007 10:31PM Obviously God is a member of the Pantheon, anyway I think it's more fun to discuss what class Jesus was.
Obviously he was something between a mage, priest or a shaman. Walking waters, making food damn what'd you need more?
Don't get me started about Moses, we ain't talking about Moses, he's badass, using haxx n shit. Changing water levels, tree's on fire.
About religion, greek mythology is the shit, giving birth through your forehead? man if thats for real nature is fucked up, if not some old wise greek dude must've been pretty damn high or something.
It was a nice post full of lame comments, the only good one was nr. 17 n 19.
Jun 24th 2007 11:41PM I think the question is how we define a Demon Hunter whom are the real wielders of these magnificent weapons.
Is it a fistweapon, sword or an axe? no its a glaive but Blizzard are again too lazy so they /roll'ed 3 and well sword won the fight. >.>..
So, warlocks are for demons, demon hunters are against demons, paladins are against evil, demon uses evil, hunters should just be deleted from the game.
OMG its hunter weapon, no! omg its paladin weapon, no omg its warlock weapon. = -.-
For once Blizzard had brains to make something non hunter weapon unavailable for huntards, Thank you!
(Hunter weapon, hunter weapon, hunter weapon.. please dont bring thottbot to wowinsider -.-)
Jan 31st 2007 8:11AM Its like i wrote this article O.o!
I totally got the same future goals as you.
Same class, same level even, same proffesion.. same idea about getting recipes especially the transmute ones.. doing the pvp I didnt do while leveling.. do some fun quests that I skipped. Get fishing and cooking to 375, same O.o..
The only difference is that im already dagger (mutilate build, rules).. so no need to respec.
That was rather unbelievable close to my own future plans
Jan 30th 2007 5:15PM I already made my dream equip and I'm gonna collect it. Got a few parts of what I call Purplecraft and when I got some better gear, instances on heroic mode I'll try gather what I call Goldslayer.
Look at this picture why I call them those names:
Jan 16th 2007 8:25AM Got my rogue through The Dark Portal after a long wait time due to the downloading problems with the 2.00-2.05 patch.
Then I did a couple of quest by myself. Everyone seemed to be so kind. You saw random people healing you while on low health, buffing you as they ran by you and general just be happier than ever. As was I btw. Then at the quest where you have to kill some Infernals, Imps and a minor "boss" if you can call it that?.. I came into this group. We quested and did things together for the next 5hours. Where we did Hellfire Ramparts and cleared it with. It was very funny and the whole thing about learning it instead of reading the tactics on the internet was also very interesting, there after we just did a couple of quest together along with the very funny bombing run quest.
Have to say, so far I've been more than pleased with the expansion.
Dec 30th 2006 8:02PM Cheers to the fact that 70% of my post got deleted :>
Dec 30th 2006 7:58PM As a PvP focussed Rogue I must say im astonished that people can't see the use with Expose Armor or Rupture.
Many 'not-so-used' abbilities are in certain situations lifedependant.
I've done my own work here to try (notice.. "try" :P) to atleast state my point.
Lets start of with Expose Armor that I find myself using very efficient in certain situations.
There is a formular for Damage Reduction which is following:
Damage-Reduction = armor / ( armor + 85*level + 400 )
So ive made a roundnumbered assumption. A high armored person with 8000 armor at the level 60 with have following damage reduction.
Damage-Reduction = 8000 / ( 8000 + 85*60 + 400 )
Damage-Reduction = 59.26%
Using a Damage Calculator I've found out that with my Grand Marshal's Dirk (
Well lets just say that a criplin affected rogue with rupture on is pretty fucked.. no running away, no vanish, no restealth.. and you got total control.. Dont think i have to make any calculations here.. Its pretty simple, made for kiting :>

P.S If there is typoes its because i cba to check any ;D nor if my english isnt the best its because it aint my main language. Have a good day :))
