Jan 5th 2008 1:24AM I have this on my hunter, and she's a real beaut. Adds .91% to my crit (not including the .30 from the 12 agi 'chant) alongside 46 AP. It's a monster of a cloak for pvp, with the added stamina and bit more crit than the Blood Knight. At one point I had the Arm Pen vs AP figured for my hunter, so I knew if BK was better for PvE. I don't remember...
I would highly recommend this cloak for Enhance Shamans. You lose 2 AP but gain a bundle of crit and some Arm Pen to boot. Certainly not a rogue-only item, but I'm not sure that's what the author meant to imply.
