However, I can't tell you the number of times I've mentioned something like "You should be literally kicking the mobs ass, not meleeing his face" only to be met with people flat out ignoring me, telling me to "shut up noob" or "I can play however I want". This is just the tip of the iceberg. Until many "casuals" are willing to listen and learn, "jackasses" will continue to happen and so will bad casuals.
