Apr 22nd 2007 7:53AM My main is a Holy Paladin and I have a 31 Priest as well. I am leveling him up holy atm but from what I see, I will prolly end up switching him to Shadow for more of a DPS Priest. Paly's can take more hit's, bubble and BOP in dier need, Holy Shock rocks and with the right gear you can still own in the solo game. I would say I have a Druid friend that can smoke me hands down in healing with his hots and mana regen and my BOW. It all depends on gear and skill I guess but if I was looking for a PUG on a toon other then my Paladin, I would be looking for another paly. You are more likely to find a mediocre healing paly then a good healing priest or druid IMO.
Apr 13th 2007 11:03AM I had experience with guild halls in SWG. They were cool if you are a big roleplaying guild or to display accomplishments of the guild. I hope the player housing would somehow be instanced based more like EQ2, and they base it out of the guild hall. That cuts down on server lag which was one of the downfalls of SWG.
Apr 4th 2007 9:40AM 3 Newcastle's at the pub=18$. That is one night, WOW is paid for the month.
Apr 4th 2007 9:27AM I have used the same key config for awhile and on all toons. Instead of WASD I moved it over to SDFC(lft/fwd/rgt/bwd). I was having trouble with the ammount of abilities(SWG had way less lol). With this set up I can use Q,A,W,V,X,Z,T,Y,R,H,1,2,3,4,5 and 6 with out stretching to far. Leaves my right had open for my mouse(G7) buttons for vent hotkey and numlock for autorun if I need it.
Jan 3rd 2007 3:06PM I am a Paladin myself and I picked my class beacause of the ability to be a strong support class with heals, judgements and blessings. If a player wants to be a tank and have no other role, they should roll a Warrior. If they dont mind having multiple roles then a Druid or Paladin is a way to go. Dont roll a healing class and expect to never have to fill that role. I think Warrior's should be the ultimate tank, otherwise just delete the class and fold it's abilities into other classes.
