The Raid Finder, the Dungeon Finder, point caps and you {WoW}
Dec 31st 2011 12:12AM I feel the same way on my main. I run LFR on Tuesday to see if I get any gear, then do a BH. Thats 600 VP. Raid on Thursday, do at least four bosses, thats another 400, so I'm capped. After that there is no reason to play my main until the Sunday raid continuation.
I can see capping Valor the first few weeks of a new patch while guilds are still progressing so people don't need to run heroics fifty times a week to get all the VP gear. But now that the most progressed guilds have cleared everything, why not increase the cap so the rest of us can get more gear to help progression?
Personally, I have run six characters a week through LFR, so I have plenty to do. However, I would have rather spent the time gearing up my main if it were possible.
