Breakfast Topic: How is your PvP Battlegroup doing? {WoW}

Jan 10th 2008 11:22AM Horde - Cho'Gall - Rampage Battlegroup

Av - as everyone else has stated, when it does pop after 1.45 hour wait, we almost allways win, at least 99% of the time.

AB, WSG, EotS, is normally 50/50 when both sides are pugs.

AB, WSG, EotS, is 100% Ally win when they run Premades.

It is sad to see so many Premades now. When they were once in a while it was not an issue...just a fact of life. Now, they are ALL the time.

I personally prefer not to have a Premade...more challenging that way...both ways. I like how the BG flux's and rolls along when there are NO Premades...the fun levels are elevated so much more than with Premades.

As a Squshie, and facing a Premade, I like to try and at least get 1 KB before the eventual loss.

I miss the good ol days of the old honor grind and BG system. Seems like Blizz has dumbed down the BG's and Honor to suit kids more than adults, IMHO.

Guildwatch: Caught redhanded, but too late {WoW}

Jan 9th 2008 9:00AM The Shadow Reg on Cho'Gall had this happen the other day. An officer logged on, added two people to the guild (lvl 1 toons), promoted them to officers, who then CLEANED out our bank. They then /Gquit and deleted the characters. The officer in question was in Class at the time and did not log on. In this case I do believe he was hacked.

Watch out for Ritual of Refreshment ninjas {WoW}

Jan 8th 2008 12:37PM I always make a table if one is not already made. The costs are NOT that high IMHO...and are more than made up with simple crap drops while one is grinding, or with the completion of the daily BG. Besides...in my Battlegroup, I tend to get buffed out to the max when I make a spread. To me that evens it all out.

And the award for the most deserving death goes to... {WoW}

Aug 20th 2007 10:13AM • not paying attention and falling dead in lift at the UC or Thousand Needles
• jumping off the blimp due to falling asleep at the keyboard to my death
• seeing the Ally patrol (rare spawn) on the gold road...and not getting out of the way because we are in a non conetested zone...then dying badly. LOL

PTR Notes: New 2.2 features, including anti-AFK {WoW}

Aug 9th 2007 10:22AM "Pets will no longer chase players that Vanish."

Playing an Alt Hunter...I am bumming about this one! lol

PTR Notes: New 2.2 features, including anti-AFK {WoW}

Aug 9th 2007 10:06AM is it just me...it seemed that once upon a time in a long far away place, there used to be only a few AFKer's sitting in the cave. I miss those days...

I hope this is the start of change. I get so tired of seeing 15-20+ people in the cave...picking their nose. I might actually start playing AV again!

Around Azeroth: Gnome party! (By invitation only) {WoW}

Jul 20th 2007 12:56PM I like my gnomes marinaded and grilled to the right perfection. Sprinkle on a hint of lemon and you have a meal fit for a an Undead!

What would make you leave a group? {WoW}

May 15th 2007 2:09PM Had a hunter freak out once in SM when I was with my alt Priest. Used a macro that announced when I was healing someone. She thought I was asking her to heal ME...started shouting and yelling and then quit. It was very amusing.

Made note to self...always ASK the group if they want notification of when I am saving their butts from death.

I leave usually after A) 3 wipes or B) an item Ninja or C) rude bungholes. Thankfully, A happens far more often then either B or C. ;-)
